Villa Estate Le Bassin is located in Milna on the wonderful island of Brač. This villa will especially delight lovers of an active holiday who will enjoy the large tennis, basketball or football court. The villa also has a mini golf course, which sets it apart from other villas, and you will have the opportunity to enjoy complete luxury.

It was built in 2018 in a rustic construction style, and consists of 4 smaller buildings (1 main building and 3 auxiliary buildings, each of which is 40 m2). It offers 260 m2 of living space for a maximum of 14, and optimally 10 people! Guests will be distributed in 6 bedrooms, which have 5 double beds, and one room has 2 single beds. You can also use 4 bathrooms with showers and 1 separate toilet. If necessary, the sofa bed serves as an additional bed for two people.

Additional facilities at your disposal are a washing machine, dryer and iron. A high chair and a baby cot are available upon prior agreement and upon request.

In the main building, you will relax comfortably in the living room, which consists of a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a TV. Right next to the living room is the kitchen, which is fully equipped and ready for your culinary endeavors. There is also a dining room with a dining table where you can hang out with family and friends during lunch or dinner. In a separate room there is a romantic jacuzzi, perfect for evening socializing with a glass of wine.

Other entertainment that will delight children and adults are billiards, table football, an outdoor gym, and darts. In addition, the youngest will play on the swings and see-saw.

Lovers of a delicious drop of wine will have the opportunity to use the wine cellar, where the host offers his homemade wine completely free of charge.

There is a dining table for 14 people on the outdoor terrace, where there is also a summer kitchen. There is also a swimming pool on the terrace with a size of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.6 meters. Next to it, there are 10 sun loungers where you can rest your body and soul. You will not only have to prepare meals inside the villa, but you can also use the outdoor charcoal or wood grill.
