Villa Excelsior offers accommodation for a maximum of 10 people. It is fully air conditioned and has 5 bedrooms with double beds which at the same time include 5 en suite bathrooms with shower, of which 3 bedrooms are upstairs and the remaining 2 are on the ground floor of the villa. If you need an extra bed, you can use 2 extra beds (160x200) on request. Also, the villa contains a separate toilet, and for use offers a washing machine and dryer, and iron.
From the beautifully decorated living room, dining room which has a dining table for up to 10 people, and modern kitchen you will have a view of the bright and clear sea. The living room has 2 sofas, 2 sofas and a TV. You can refresh yourself during the day or night in the 36 m2 heating pool, located on the terrace of Villa Excelsior, and you can sunbathe next to it on 8 sun loungers. You will surely enjoy using the two outdoor grills at your disposal.
The villa is surrounded by untouched nature, has a beautiful environment with olive trees and Mediterranean plants, is fenced and has 8 parking spaces, 4 of which are inside the yard and 4 outside, and has a charger for a 230 V electric car.
