Villa Felice is located in the small town of Slano, known for its beautiful beaches and coves. With its 420 m2 of living space, it offers accommodation for a maximum of 10 people and is only a few meters away from the clean and bright sea. The villa is built in a rustic style, her interior exudes modern and comfortable furniture and is fully air-conditioned.

On the ground floor of Villa Felice, there are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with showers. The outer part of the ground floor consists of a gloriette (a resting place or a lookout point) and a beautifully landscaped courtyard.

The basement of the villa contains a living room that includes a corner sofa, a table, and an indoor fireplace. From the living room, you can go out onto the outdoor terrace. Next to it is a dining room with a dining table for ten people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

Additional facilities include a washing machine and iron, feeder, and baby cot, and the villa has another separate toilet.

On the outdoor terrace, you will find pleasant refreshment in the overflowing and heated infinity pool of 36 m2 and 1.4 m deep. Next to it, there are ten sun loungers which will be an ideal place for reading your favorite books or sunbathing.

You can also use the outdoor summer kitchen, which features a charcoal or wood grill, and has an outdoor dining table.

On the first, floor there are three more bedrooms, one en suite bathroom with shower, the second has an en suite bathroom with jacuzzi, while the third has an en suite bathroom with bathtub.

All rooms have a sea view, which will surely delight you.

With additional payment and, agreement it is possible to organize a massage, and under the same conditions, you are offered a full concierge service that includes grocery delivery, private chef, waiter, additional cleaning, as well as private tours and transfers.

If you come to the villa by boat, you can use a private berth (buoy) up to 8 meters.

There are five private parking spaces inside the yard, and there is one space outside.
