Villa Finca is located in the town of Cavtat, only 19 km away from the tourist town of Dubrovnik. This modernly built villa, with its 1035 m2 of space and accommodation capacity for 6 people, is a pleasant place for the luxury vacation you deserve, whether you are coming with family or a group of friends. The beautiful Adriatic Sea is only 300 m away from the villa, and Villa Finca shares its location with its sister villa Odelle. Both villas can be rented separately, and in case you come in large numbers on vacation, then you can rent them both at the same time.

Villa Finca is fully air-conditioned and features 3 modern bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms with a shower. You can use the kitchen to try out your gastronomic skills, and you can try and serve them on the spacious dining table for 10 people located in the dining room. Beautifully decorated living room with two sofas, coffee table, and TV is a place where you can enjoy the afternoon socializing, and if you are in the mood for luxurious refreshment, right next to the living room is access to the terrace where you have a heated pool of 36 m2 and 4 deck chairs for comfortable sunbathing. On the terrace, there are also two tables and 8 seats where you can enjoy the evening in the pleasant company of your family or friends. There is also a small outdoor kitchen, an outdoor barbecue, and an outdoor table for 8 people.

For those who, even though they are on vacation like to do sports and recreation, a rug and a few dumbbells for exercising from 3.5 kg to 10 kg are at your service.

Wine lovers will be delighted by the luxurious wine cellar with a table with 8 seats, for socializing until late at night with tasting traditional wines, while next to it there is a small kitchen with basic necessities for use.

Cavtat is a town of beautiful summer houses and palaces and has a pleasant climate and beautiful beaches. It is rich in interesting tourist offers, so you will always be able to find something interesting to see and visit. Be sure to visit cities such as Dubrovnik, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, or Ston, known as the ‘city of salt’.

Also, Cavtat is a tourist place perfect for day trips, so you can visit Mljet, Korcula, or Peljesac. Fans of active holidays can play beach volleyball, surf, dive, and sail on the clean and clear Adriatic Sea.
