Villa Fivos 1 & Fivos 2 is located in the small town of Brsečine, 17 km from the beautiful city of Dubrovnik, where foreign and domestic tourists have been spending their holidays for years. Brsečine is one of the most picturesque places on the Dubrovnik Riviera, located in a small bay, and is known for its beautiful beach, dense pine forests, Mediterranean plants and olive trees. Fans of a pleasant and fun holiday will have more fun here than ever, and take with them the memory of a luxury holiday.

Villa Fivos 1 & Fivos 2 is a complex that is part of the hotel, and what will be especially pleasing to each of its visitors is the fact that during their stay guests have breakfast included within the hotel. Some of the other services are the use of the bar, restaurant, outdoor and indoor pool, SPA center and fitness room. Additional meals in the restaurant, in addition to breakfast and SPA treatments, are available at an additional cost.

The villas are located 700 m from the nearest beach and the clear Adriatic Sea, built in 2022 with a modern style of construction, and have 372 m2 of living space. They can accommodate a maximum of 24 and an optimal 16 people.

On their ground floor there are two living rooms, each with a sofa, TV and coffee table, near them are dining rooms, each with a table for 6 people, and modern kitchens. On the ground floor of each villa there are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one separate toilet and a terrace.

On the outdoor terraces there are two beautiful heated pools of 18.5 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. Next to them, on each terrace, you can sunbathe on 2 deck chairs, and there are two lounge areas with two tables and seating. It will be the perfect place to relax with your favorite cocktails and pleasant company.

On the upper floor of the villa there is another living room with dining area and kitchen, and two more bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and two additional bathrooms. Luxurious relaxation will allow you outdoor terraces on the upper floor of the villa, where there are two deck chairs, lounge areas with tables and seats, 2 jacuzzis, one in Villa Fivos 1 and the other in Villa Fivos 2. The villa complex has sea views, and you will be able to enjoy romantic sunsets.

If necessary, the villas have four extra beds (140x210), which you can also use during your stay.

In front of the building are 4 private parking spaces, and an additional 30 behind the hotel.
