Villa Fivos 2 is located in the small town of Brsečine, 17 km from the beautiful city of Dubrovnik, where foreign and domestic tourists have been spending their holidays for years. Brsečine is one of the most picturesque places on the Dubrovnik Riviera, located in a small bay, and is known for its beautiful beach, dense pine forests, Mediterranean plants and olive trees. Fans of a pleasant and fun holiday will have more fun here than ever, and take with them the memory of a luxury holiday.
Villa Fivos 2 is a facility that is part of the hotel, and what will be especially pleasing to each of its visitors is the fact that during the stay guests have breakfast included within the hotel. Some of the other services are the use of bars, restaurant, indoor and outdoor pool, SPA area, and fitness room. Extra meals in the restaurant besides breakfast and SPA treatments are available at additional cost.
The villa is located 700 m from the nearest beach and the clear Adriatic Sea, built in 2022 with a modern style of construction, and has 184 m2 of living space. It can accommodate a maximum of 12 and an optimal 8 people.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa, TV and coffee table, next to it is a dining room with a table for 6 people, and a modern kitchen. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one separate toilet and a terrace.
On the outdoor terrace, there is a beautiful heated pool of 18.5 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. Next to it, you can sunbathe on 2 deck chairs, and there is one lounge area with a table and seating area for 4. It will be the perfect place to relax with your favorite cocktails and pleasant company.
On the upper floor there is another living room with dining area and kitchen, and two more bedrooms with one en suite bathroom and one separate bathroom. Luxurious relaxation will be provided by the outdoor terrace on the upper floor of the villa, where there are two more deck chairs, a lounge area with a table for four and a jacuzzi. Villa Fivos 1 has sea views and you can enjoy romantic sunsets.
If necessary, the villa has two extra beds (140x210), which you can also use during your stay.
In front of the building, there are 2 private parking spaces, and another 30 if needed behind the hotel building.
Brsečine is a small place, but at the same time it is a perfect destination for all those guests who would like to explore the south of Dalmatia, which is too famous for its gastronomy, historical and cultural heritage. The proximity of the Pelješac peninsula and the island of Mljet, and especially the city of Dubrovnik, make Brsečine a perfect destination for younger and older guests.
