Villa Florice is located in the town of Lećevica in Split-Dalmatia County. Villa Florice was built in 2014 in a rustic style, it offers its guests 150 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 2000 m2. The nearest sea is 15 km away, which is an excellent opportunity to explore the depths of the sea, have fun and be happy with family and friends. The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation for a maximum of 10, and optimally 8 people. Guests will be accommodated in 4 bedrooms, three of which have double beds and are located on the ground floor, and the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds and is located on the upper floor. If necessary, 2 sofa beds will serve as an additional bed, one in the attic in the hall of the room, and the other on the ground floor in the room. Also, there are 3 bathrooms available, one of which has a bathtub, and the remaining two have a shower cabin.

On the ground floor of the villa, there is a living room with two couches, an armchair, a coffee table, and a TV. Right next to the living room is a dining room with a dining table for 8 people. There is also a kitchen that is equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals for the whole family.

On the outdoor terrace, there is a swimming pool with a size of 33.5 m2 and a depth of 1.4 meters. Next to it, there are 8 deckchairs for sunbathing and resting, and there is also an outdoor dining table, outdoor seating, and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill.

Additional facilities include 1 separate toilet, a feeding trough, and a cot, as well as an iron, a washing machine, and a dryer.

Children will have fun playing table tennis, and there are also swings, a slide, and a trampoline. Next to the fun playground is a table and two benches where you can also enjoy socializing and entertainment at night.

The yard of Villa Florice is completely fenced and offers 2 covered private parking spaces, while there are 3 more spaces outside.
