The beautiful villa Fontera is located in Vrbnik on the island of Krk. They say that Vrbnik is a location like you've never seen before, and when you start exploring its narrow streets, you'll move hundreds of years back in time without even realizing it. You will feel the tradition, the harder way of life, and the link between man and nature, because here you live from the fruits of the earth, and you can completely relax and enjoy a nice annual vacation together with your family and friends.

The villa was built in a contemporary construction style, it offers its guests 160 m2 of living space, and the total area of ​​the property is 450 m2. In this villa, you will enjoy the view of the clear Adriatic Sea, and it can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, while the optimal number is 6.

In the villa, you will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed, and the third has 2 single beds. One bedroom has a bathtub, and there are 3 en suite bathrooms with showers.

In the living room, there is a sofa, a hanging chair, a small table, and a TV, and there is also a modern kitchen with a bar, two bar stools, and a dining room with a table for 8 people.

On the outdoor terrace, there is an infinity overflow heated swimming pool with a size of 24 m2 and a depth of 1.5 meters. Next to the pool, there are 6 deckchairs for sunbathing, two additional deckchairs are available on request, and there is also a hanging deckchair. You can also prepare meals on the outdoor grill, and you can try them on the outdoor covered dining table with 6 seats, next to which there is also an outdoor kitchen.

You will also be delighted by the sauna, where you will be able to completely relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Additional facilities include a washing machine, an iron, and a separate toilet. The couch in the living room serves as an additional bed for two people. If necessary, you can also use a feeder and a cot.

The courtyard of Villa Fontera is completely fenced, and inside it there are 3 private parking spaces. The villa also contains a charger for an electric car, and there is also a space for bicycles.

Vrbnik is an old town, built on a 50 m high cave, known for its rich gastronomic offer and winemaking. Be sure to visit it and take a walk in this unusual town, get to know the island's culture and tradition. And finally, don't forget to squeeze through the narrowest street in the world, only 50 cm wide: it's called Klančić!
