Wir wurden vom Hauseigentümer sehr nett willkommen geheißen und die Funktionen der Küche und des Whirlpools erklärt. Das Wetter, das warme Meer der große Pool, Ausflüge in die Städte, Radtouren und Wanderungen auf die Berge. Abends Essen gehen oder selbst grillen. Alles war möglich und hat zu einem Superurlaub beigetragen.

Wonderful Stay!
We had a wonderful stay in this amazing home. We were two families traveling with our young adult children. There was more than enough space for each person to feel comfortable and move about. We ate about half the time at the home and the remaining time at restaurants. Shopping was easy, with so many butchers and grocery stores near by. We loved that we were able to walk to the pebble beach in 10-15 mins. We also love that there were restaurants and bars all along the boardwalk. We even managed to snag a wine tasting along the water... it was all there. The swimming pool was well used, as well as the outdoor refrigerator. There are four bedrooms, with one of them being located downstairs and three upstairs. The main bedroom shares the balcony with the neighboring bedroom. Then there is another bedroom upstairs facing the front of the home. The neighboring bedroom upstairs has a bathroom that is located across the landing. All other bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. The house looks exactly like the pictures and the host was most accommodating. He was most helpful and always available. We would definitely consider booking this villa again.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Formosa war wirklich perfekt. Milan und seine Frau haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen,uns alles ausführlich erklärt und waren für Rückfragen immer erreichbar. Die Villa war makellos sauber und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt (auch für längere Aufenthalte, da eine Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen,Staubsauger etc.vorhanden sind). Jeden zweiten Tag wurde das Wasser des Swimming- und Whirlpools überprüft. Drei der vier Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss, das vierte Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss, mit Wohnzimmer und Küche. Zwei der Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügen über einen gemeinsamen Balkon. Die vier Schlafzimmer verfügen alle über ein eigenes Badezimmer. Das große Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Essbereich und offener Küche ist optimal ausgestattet. Die Küchenausstattung inkl. Spülmaschine ist wirklich beeindruckend, da es eine große Anzahl an Gläßern, Tellern, Platten, Schüsseln, Besteck, Töpfen und Pfannen gibt. Auch der Keller der Villa hat uns beeindruckt, da es sich um ein zweites Wohnzimmer handelte, inkl. Couch und Fernseher, Kühlschrank und einen Esstisch mit Stühlen. Im Keller ist neben den kleinen Fitnessraum, auch eine schöne Sauna vorhanden mit separater Dusche und einem WC. Auch der Außenbereich/Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist geschätzt 1,7 m tief. Der großzügige, überdachte Essbereich mit Grill und extra Kühlschrank kam fast täglich zum Einsatz. Im Außenbereich/Garten und im Erdgeschoss sind nochmal separate Toiletten vorhanden. Alles im Allem eine wunderschöne, moderne und klug eingerichtete Villa, bei der man nichts vermisst. Die ganze Villa und der Garten sind so angelegt, dass von keiner Seite einblick in den Garten bzw auf den Pool hat. Die Lage der Villa ist optimal, ebenfalls für Ausflüge. Man ist mit dem Auto jeweils 10 Minuten nach Split und Trogir unterwegs. Auch der Strand/Promenade von Kastela ist sehr schon. Die Bilder/Fotos der Villa entsprechen exakt der Realität. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
