The beautiful Villa Freedom opens its doors to you in the small tourist town of Brela, located on the Makarska Riviera. It is a place that offers a wealth of crystal clear sea and beautiful cultural wealth. Villa Freedom was built in 2020 in a modern style of construction, has 639 m2 of living space, and the entire property has 1272 m2. It is 90 m away from the sea and offers accommodation for a maximum of 18 people.
On the ground floor of the villa, there is a spacious living room with two sofas, a coffee table, and a TV. On the ground floor, there is a children's playroom with a sofa, TV, toys, and table football, and adults can play billiards.
The modernly decorated and fully equipped kitchen offers you the opportunity to prepare delicious meals, and in the dining room, there are two dining tables for a total of 20 people.
On the 1st floor, there are five bedrooms with five en suite bathrooms with showers. You can use the washing machine, dryer and iron as additional facilities. The villa also has two separate toilets.
On the 2nd floor, there is a gym that will delight fans of active holidays, a sauna for luxurious relaxation, an outdoor jacuzzi located on the terrace, and one bathroom with a shower. There are four sun loungers next to the jacuzzi.
On the 3rd floor, there are four more bedrooms with four en suite bathrooms with showers.
All three floors are connected by an elevator.
Villa Freedom has a sea view from the living room, gym, and four bedrooms on the south side. It is surrounded by untouched nature and greenery that will leave you breathless. A special feature is the view of the clear sea that stretches in front of the villa.
On the outdoor terrace, you will be greeted by a heated infinity pool of 60 m2 and a depth of 1.4 m. On a total of 18 deck chairs, you will have enough space to relax and sunbathe with your family or group of friends during the hot summer days. You will not only have to prepare delicious meals in the kitchen but also on the outdoor electric grill.
Outside the yard, there are three parking spaces.
A special advantage of Villa Freedom is the possibility of complete concierge service, of course with prior request. It is also possible to arrange grocery delivery, private chef, waiter, additional cleaning, or private tours.
