Villa Fux Zrće is a newly built modern villa located in the fairy-tale bay of Caska, only 2.5 km away from the town of Novalja on the island of Pag. This charming house with a living area of 230 m2 will comfortably accommodate ten people who can count on complete comfort and privacy during their stay. The living area consists of five comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, 5 bathrooms and one separate toilet. The ground floor of the villa has a modern and fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining room and living room. In the yard of the villa, only 6 metres away from the beautiful beach there is a beautiful whirlpool and deck chairs from which you can enjoy a view of the starry sky, amazing blue green sea and the specific stone landscape of the island of Pag. There is also an outdoor grill, outdoor dining table, private parking, wireless Internet, as well as all household items you may need during your stay. The location of this beautiful villa is an ideal choice for young people who want to have fun because it is located near the most famous Croatian beach Zrče, which is also called the Croatian Ibiza. The special feature of Zrče beach, apart from the crystal clear sea and white pebbles, are numerous beach clubs where the fun lasts non-stop. The most famous names of the electronic scene visit this place every summer, which is rightly considered one of the world's party destinations. Use your stay in Villa Fux Zrče to get to know the beautiful island of Pag, whose specialties are difficult to list. Für Lage und technische Ausstattung würde ich fünf Sterne geben. Auf Grund des nicht vorhandenen Stauraums und der sehr klein gehaltenen Nasszellen fällt meine Bewertung negativer aus. Näher am Wasser geht nicht. Top ausgestattet mit eigener Kaffeemaschine, komplette Küchenausstattung und jedes Zimmer hat ein Bad. Die Zimmer sind klein aber was will man mehr wie drin zu schlafen. Deshalb ist die Terrasse mit einem beheizten SwimSpa und Jaccuzzi einfach Luxus. Betreuung durch die Hausdame war au......

wunderschöne lage in einer bucht mit glasklarem wasser und kiesstrand; vorm haus ein badesteg, der hoffentlich bald mit leiter erweitert wird. tagsüber sehr ruhig und erholsam. wenn der wind in die falsche richtung weht, hört man in der nacht die musik. 5 doppelzimmer im obergeschoss mit je 1 badezimmer mit toilette. 3 zimmer mit meerblick. alle meerblickzimmer mit kleinem balkon. alle zimmer mit klimaanlage, seperat zu steuern. sehr bequeme betten. in der villa ist alles vorhanden - sogar zusätzliche getränke können käuflich erworben werden. hausdame sehr behilflich und freundlich. große terasse mit bequemen liegen. im erdgeschoss grosser wohn-ess-bereich und küche mit side by side kühlschrank und jura kaffee maschine. großer tv mit netflix etc. wlan vorhanden. sonos musikanlage. großer esstisch innen und auch außen. hinter dem haus steht auch ein griller zur verfügung. auf der terasse beheizbarer jaquzzi und pool mit gegenstromanlage. in der nähe am strand tolle möglichkeiten zum essen. zu fuß kann man bequem den festival bereich von zrce beach erreichen. die stadt novalija ist nicht weit entfernt - dort gibt es weitere viele bars, lokale, einkaufsmöglichkeiten und supermärkte. wir haben leihweise sogar sups während unseres aufenthalts persönlich vom eigentümer erhalten! perfekter urlaub in privater villa in kroatien! mehr als 5sterne sind hier leider nicht möglich!
