The complex of villas Gaia 1 & Gaia 2 is located in Gajana in Istria. This complex is the right choice for all guests looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday in the circle of a multi-member family or group of friends and will delight you with its beautiful interior and modern exterior.
The complex was built in 2022, offers guests 453 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 2913 m2. It is 10 km from the nearest sea and beach, and it is surrounded by untouched nature, which you will enjoy drinking your morning coffee on the outdoor terrace. The complex can accommodate a maximum of 16 people who will be comfortably accommodated in 8 bedrooms, 4 of which have a double bed, and the remaining 4 have two single beds each, and each of the bedrooms has a TV. There are also 5 bathrooms with showers and two separate toilets.
Villa Gaia 1 & Gaia 2 each have a living room that is the right place for an afternoon rest, including a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, and a TV. Near the living room, there is a dining room with a table for 8 people, and there is also a modern kitchen where you can prepare meals for the whole family.
On the outdoor terrace of both houses, there is a pool of 50 m2, 1.4 m deep. Next to it, there are 8 deckchairs for sunbathing, an outdoor gas grill, and there is also a covered outdoor dining table with 8 seats, as well as garden furniture.
With the prior agreement and upon request, it is possible to organize a massage. You can also use the sauna where you will relax and enjoy complete luxury.

Vodnjan is located 10 km from the city of Pula, which has been visited by a large number of domestic and foreign tourists for years. In the interior of its core, the city has preserved a special medieval appearance with narrow alleys, old streets, and numerous churches.
