Luxury villa Gaia 3 is located in Istria, 6 km from the town of Vodnjan, in Gajana. This modern beauty will attract guests with its decorated interior and beautiful exterior. Villa Gaia 3 was built in 2021 with a modern style of construction, guests have at their disposal 140 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 820 m2. This villa is a ground floor, it can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, while the optimal number of guests is 4. You will be accommodated in 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. As an extra bed, there is a sofa bed located in the living room. The villa has one bathroom with shower and one outdoor shower, and there is one separate toilet.
The living room consists of a sofa, coffee table and TV, next to it is a dining table with 6 seats and a modern kitchen.
On the outdoor terrace there is a pool of 36 m2 and a depth of 1.4 m. Next to it there are 6 sun loungers and an outdoor gas grill.
