Villa Gatti is a luxurious villa located in the quiet village of Šestanovac, 35 minutes from the beautiful city of Split and 17 km from the city of Makarska and the beautiful beaches of Pisak, Medići, and Brela. The location of the villa is ideal for a family vacation or a happy gathering of a group of friends who are looking for a peaceful vacation. If you are looking for luxurious accommodation and a beautifully decorated interior where you have nothing left but to enjoy, then Villa Gatti is the right choice for you!

The villa was built in 2019 in a contemporary construction style, and offers its guests 220 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1300 m2. The villa is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people who will be accommodated in 4 bedrooms with double beds, two of which can be separated if desired. Each of the mentioned rooms has AC and Smart TV, and they are located on the top floor of the villa, where there are also 2 bathrooms with a shower cabin.

On the ground floor, there is a modern kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals for the whole family, and there is also a bar with 4 bar stools. Next to the bar is a dining room with a dining table for 8 people. In the living room, you will rest on the sofa, and there is also an armchair, TV, and lounge room.

On the outdoor terrace, you will be greeted by a heated pool of 40 m2, 1.5 meters deep, which includes a jacuzzi with hydromassage jets and a geyser, an outdoor lounge corner, 8 sun loungers and 2 umbrellas. You will be able to prepare food on the outdoor charcoal or wood grill, and there is also an outdoor summer kitchen.

For the 2023 season, the facility will provide its guests with a completely new part with an artificial lawn of 100 m2 for activities such as football, basketball, etc. There is also a children's playground with a slide and trampoline, and you can play table tennis or darts. The youngest will be delighted by the swings and the PlayStation 4.

Additional features of Villa Gatti include a separate toilet, washing machine, dryer, and iron. If necessary and if children are coming with you on vacation, a feeder and a cot are at your disposal.

Inside the fenced yard, there is 1 private parking space, and outside it, there are 3 more parking spaces.

Popular places for active tourism such as rafting, canyoning, etc. are located within 7 km from the property in the towns of Blato na Cetini and Zadvarje. This location is also ideal for hiking, cycling, and climbing thanks to the proximity of the Biokovo mountain. Likewise, there is the indispensable tourist attraction Skywalk Biokovo, which is located in the area of Ravna Vlaška at a height of 1228 meters above sea level, and you can also visit the natural phenomena Blue and Red Lakes located in Imotski, a town 35 km from the facility.
