Villa Golden Olive is located on the island of Ugljan, which lies in the Zadar archipelago. The peculiarity of the island of Ugljan is that it is separated from the mainland by the Zadar Channel, which takes you by ferry to the beautiful city of Zadar. In the hot summer on the island blows a light mistral wind, so your stay in Villa Golden Olive will certainly be pleasant and you can always refresh yourself in the sea or in a luxurious swimming pool. Villa Golden Olive will delight you with its 290 m² beautifully decorated interior and an even more beautiful outdoor area. The modern architectural style and only 200 meters from the beach is the perfect choice for those who are looking for relaxation and good rest. In addition, the villa offers accommodation for a maximum of 14, optimally 12 people. It has 6 bedrooms, two of which are equipped with 2 single beds, while the other 4 rooms are equipped with double beds. If you need extra beds, you can always use two extra beds (90x200). The rooms have their own bathroom with shower and there is a separate toilet in the villa. In Villa Golden Olive you will find a feeder and a baby crib, which will be a great help when you arrive with the youngest family members. On the first floor of the villa there is a modern living room with corner sofa, coffee table and TV. A dining room with a dining table and a beautifully equipped kitchen are the perfect place to prepare your favorite dishes. There is also a sauna on the first floor for complete relaxation, equipped with two more deck chairs, a table and a shower. Upstairs there is another kitchen and dining room, as well as a balcony. Villa Golden Olive offers refreshments during the day and at night in the 32 m² heated pool, where you can sunbathe on 6 sun loungers, and next to it is a whirlpool. There is also an outdoor charcoal/wood grill on the terrace and an outdoor dining table. Entertainment includes bluray, darts, table tennis, Netflix, badminton and digital TV. It is fully fenced and has 4 parking spaces, 3 in the yard and 1 outside. There is a possibility to rent a boat mooring, located 200 meters from the villa. Visit the island of Ugljan, taste delicious traditional dishes in taverns and local restaurants, relax with the locals on the beautiful beaches, some of which have a children's playground, changing rooms and showers, or rent bicycles and ride around the island. The island is also known for viticulture, olive growing, fruit growing and fishing. Wunderschöne Villa die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Das Haus ist gut durchdacht, sehr schön und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Haus besteht aus einem Haupthaus mit 4 Schlafzimmern mit eigenem Bad und WC und einer separaten Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Bad mit WC. Pool, Whirlpool und Sauna sind auch super genial. Der Strand ist in 4 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar und es gibt kleine und sehr nette Restaurants im Ort (Kazot ein super Fischrestaurant) Wir waren zu 10. und hatten eine super Zeit......

Wir waren mit 9 Erwachsenen zum ersten Mal auf Ugljan und in der Villa Golden Olive. Von der Konatktaufnahme bis hin zum Ende des Urlaubs können wir nur Positives berichten. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Das Haus ist aufgrund des jungen Alters in einem Top Zustand. Hübsch, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Auch die Betten bieten (für uns) einen tollen Liegekomfort. Der Außenbereich ist für diese Gruppengröße bestens geeignet. Ein schöner Pool mit angeschlossenem Ja......

A villa nagyon szép és jól felszerelt.Minden van, ami egy jó családi myaraláshoz kell. A tenger az utca végén, pár perc sétára. Picit elszigetelt, egy jó étteremért, vagy üzletért autóba kell szállni, mivel a környéken nem sok minden van. Ami viszont pozitívum, mivel eleső helyen van, kevés az ember, olyam, mintha a tenger csak a miénk lenne.

Wir waren insgesamt 12 Personen zu Gast und es war ausreichend Platz für uns! Es besteht aus einem Haupthaus mit 4 Schlafzimmern mit eigenem Bad und WC und einer separaten Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Bad mit WC. Pool, Whirlpool und Sauna sind vorhanden und haben tadellos funktioniert! Grillplatz vorhanden. Der Strand ist in 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreiche......
