Villa Golden Paradise 1 is located in Bol, on the island of Brač. Bol is located in the south of the island of Brač, and is connected by ferry to the city of Split, so the island can be reached by car, bus or private boat. It is ideal for larger groups of guests, large families or a group of best friends, and provides everything you will need to enjoy complete luxury and to enjoy to the highest possible standards. Villa Golden Paradise 1 was built in 2022, has 400 m2 of living space, while the size of the total property is 568 m2. It is 600 m away from the nearest sea, and you will drive only 1.5 km to the beach. It is about the highest quality of the building, which is built to the most modern and up-to-date standard that will completely delight you. A maximum of 14 people can stay in this villa, while the optimal number is 12. The villa is fully air conditioned, consists of ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor.

Villa Golden Paradise 1 has a basement where lovers of active holidays will be able to enjoy the gym, and a sauna will provide pleasant relaxation. In the basement there is also a toilet, a shower by the sauna, technical room and laundry which includes a washing machine, dryer and iron (laundry service charge). On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen with an island, a living room that includes a corner sofa, armchairs, a sofa, a TV, tables, Lacustics sound system and books. Next to the living room is a dining room with a dining table for 12 people. The ground floor has a so-called green terrace and outdoor terrace where you will find pleasant refreshment in a heated pool of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. Next to it there are 12 sun loungers, outdoor furniture, armchairs and tables. It will be an ideal place to have your morning coffee or spend the evening hanging out with friends. On the terrace there is an outdoor grill on charcoal, wood or gas. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms, terrace and balcony, and on the 2nd floor there are 3 more bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms, two terraces, balcony and roof terrace there is also a separate toilet and shower. Also, the villa has 2 additional single beds.

The villa has a sea view from all bedrooms, from all terraces, from the living room, dining room and kitchen.

Kids will be delighted by the Playstation game console.

By prior arrangement and on request, it is possible to arrange concierge services, additional laundry services and a boat to use.

The villa is fully fenced and you will be able to enjoy complete privacy. There are 3 private garage spaces, and outside the yard there are 5 more parking spaces.

Attractions and local activities are the Olive Oil Museum, WTA Croatia Bol Open, Vidova gora, wine tours, extreme sports, diving, cycling, aquapark, horseback riding and marina. Be sure to visit the historical monuments and cities, and the most famous of all is the Blaca desert, which is visited every year by foreign and domestic tourists. There are countless options, and each of you, both younger and older, will find something for themselves.
