Villa Golden Paradise 2 was built in 2022, and has 450 m2 of living space, while the size of the total property is 700 m2. The nearest sea is 600 m away, and the beach is only 1.5 km away. A maximum of 12 people can stay in the villa, while the optimal number is 10. The villa is fully air-conditioned and consists of the ground floor, 1st, and 2nd floor.

Villa Golden Paradise 2 has a ground floor with a comfortable living room, a dining room with a dining table for 12 people, a modern kitchen, a toilet, and one bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. From the room, you can go out to the terrace and enjoy the view of the clear Adriatic Sea. On the outdoor terrace, there is a heated pool of 40 m2, 1.5 m deep, 12 deck chairs, a sofa, and a table. On the ground floor, there is also a sauna with a dressing room and a shower. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms and two terraces. On the 2nd floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, another living room, a kitchen with an island, and another terrace. Also, the villa has 2 additional single beds.

The villa has a sea view from all bedrooms, from all terraces, from the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

By prior arrangement and on request, it is possible to arrange concierge services, additional laundry services, and a boat to use.
