Villa Grande Vista 1 & Grande Vista 2 is a charming traditional villa of 230 m2, located in the small Dalmatian town of Otok. The complex is equipped with beautiful furniture. The villa has 7 spacious double bedrooms with the possibility of overnight accommodation for 16 people. The villa is idyllically located on a large plot of 2000 m2 in a secluded area surrounded by beautiful greenery and offering an incredible panoramic view. The courtyard of the villa consists of a 32 m2 large swimming pool surrounded by deck chairs, and a beautiful terrace with a comfortable seating area, suitable for relaxing away from the city bustle. For additional entertainment, Villa Grande Vista 1 & Grande Vista 2 offer a pool table, large satellite TV, Playstation, table tennis, mini football field, and trampoline. Private parking is located directly at the entrance to the facility.

The property covers an area of 6000 m2 and is located on a hill with a panoramic view of the Cetina River and the entire Cetina Region. A lush Mediterranean garden and a breathtaking view make this place ideal for celebrating weddings, baptisms, confirmations, first communions, or any other special occasion. In addition to the venue, it is also possible to arrange catering services if the occasion requires it.

The price includes a one-night stay for a maximum of 16 guests, access to all facilities offered in Villa Grande Vista 1 & Villa Grande Vista 2 (heated outdoor pool, jacuzzi, summer kitchen equipped with brick oven and fireplace), chairs, tables, tablecloths and tables for a maximum of 80 guests, decorations and furniture already available at the location, and lighting. The wedding dinner, i.e. lunch, is served outdoors. Depending on the weather conditions, we recommend setting up a tent.
