Your stay in Villa Hill

Villa Hill is located in Maslenica, 30 km from the historical town of Zadar. This comfortable villa is located 600 meters from the sea and allows you to have the perfect dream vacation, whether you come with your family or a group of your dearest friends. Escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and treat yourself to a peaceful and happy vacation! The villa was built in 2022 in a modern architectural style, guests have 260 m2 of living space at their disposal, while the total area of the plot is 622 m2. The villa consists of a first floor and an upper floor and can accommodate a maximum of 9, optimally 8 people. On the first floor there is a living room with a sofa, a sofa, a coffee table and a TV, you can also use a coffee table with a coffee maker and a wine fridge. Right next to the couch there is a pool table, an orbitrek for working out and for the little ones there is a PlayStation. Also on the first floor is a modern kitchen with a bar, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and a dining room with a dining table that seats 8. You will stay comfortably in 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms with showers, 3 of them on the upper floor with double beds (180x200) and one on the first floor with 2 single beds (90x200) that can be joined in marriage. The villa has sea view from all rooms and on the upper floor there is a spacious balcony with seating furniture. On the outdoor terrace there is a swimming pool of 34 m2 and a depth of 1.5 meters. Next to it you can sunbathe on 8 deck chairs and on the terrace you will find an outdoor charcoal or wood grill and an outdoor dining table with seating for 8, ideal for evening gatherings. Other Villa Hill amenities include a washer, dryer, and iron. You can also take advantage of a separate toilet, a food dispenser, and a crib. The sofa in the living room serves as an extra bed for one more person. The yard of the villa is completely fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces. Outside the yard there are 3 more. Near Maslenica there are many interesting places with summer entertainment. For example, on the nearby island of Pag, in addition to interesting scenery and historical monuments, you will find one of the most famous party beaches in Croatia ? Zrce, known as the Croatian Ibiza. For those who prefer romantic walks and exploring historical antiquities, the nearby royal town of Nin, whose streets still bear traces of bygone times. Don't miss a visit to the Church of St. Cross, the smallest cathedral in the world, whose special architecture is in harmony with the natural rhythm of the seasons. Dalmatia is also known for its excellent gastronomic offer, rich in fresh fish, seafood and olive oil. Visit one of the authentic Dalmatian taverns in small towns along the coast and experience all the charm of top Dalmatian cuisine. Additional facilities in the villa: - outdoor roofing 40 m2 - 3 refrigerators (1 classic, 1 wine cellar, 1 king size refrigerator with ice maker) - dressing tables with stools are placed in the rooms - king size stools were added living room - In the kitchen 2 bar stools were placed, so there are 10 seats in total - the house now has 3 garden furniture + 2 deluxe deck chairs (now 8 deck chairs in total) Welcome to Villa Hill!
