Villa House of Poseidon is located only about twenty meters from the sea and the beach in Petr?ane, ten kilometers from Zadar, and owes its name to the Greek god of the sea. Built in 2021, the house is completely inspired by the sea, from the rooms with elements of blue marble, representing the turbulent sea surface, to the cinema, which is an extraordinary experience of immersion in the seabed. This new, modern low-energy house is located on a plot of 500 m², while its interior area of 320 m² offers maximum luxury for 8 guests and can accommodate a total of 10 people. The villa has an exceptional micro-location in a well-built and maintained development. Close to the sea and adjacent to the natural park (no neighbors to the west, only green 'wall'). Guests can expect inspiring house design and green surroundings, at the same time it is only a few meters to diving/swimming in the Adriatic Sea on well-equipped public beaches, suitable also for children. Petr?ane is the most attractive tourist destination in the Zadar area with three 4-star hotels and one 5-star hotel. With its landscaped and gentle beaches in the shade of holm oaks and pine trees and clean sea, it has been attracting tourists for decades. It is well connected with Nin, Zadar and the surrounding area by bike paths. The villa is located on a 4-kilometer-long beach promenade and offers equal opportunities for those interested in sports and entertainment, as well as for those who expect a vacation of peace and relaxation. The villa is located next to a natural park, which provides shade in the afternoon and the possibility to play bowling in the nearby public square. On the first floor there is a spacious living room connected to the kitchen and a separate toilet. In addition to the dining table, which can accommodate 10 guests, the room is equipped with a sofa, a separate table, armchairs and a bar. The first floor also features a pool table, a fully equipped music system, and wine and cafe cabinets from which guests can choose complimentary coffee and tea drinks, as well as selected wines at an additional cost. The basement will surprise you with a gym equipped with high-quality exercise bikes, ATX multifunctional machines and treadmills, as well as many other sports equipment. Spending time in a spacious cinema, which can accommodate ten people, is an experience like diving into the seabed, where children can have fun on the Playstation, while evening karaoke can entertain whole families. This impression is contributed not only by the room layout, but also by the state-of-the-art air conditioning, ventilation and music system with which the entire basement is equipped. Poseidon SPA has also found its place on this floor. There is a first-class Finnish sauna for 6 people and a spacious 1200-liter whirlpool for 5 people. There is an additional bathroom, toilet and shower on this floor. Upstairs, House of Poseidon has four rooms with king size beds, each with a separate bathroom and shower, and each with exceptional sea views. The rooms feature spacious sliding glass walls that allow the space of each room to be transformed into a balcony/terrace. Automatically controlled external blinds ensure the protection of the rooms and all other areas in the house from the strongest sunlight, while normal curtains and solar protection curtains allow complete darkening of the rooms. Each sliding door/window is also equipped with a mosquito net, so you can enjoy the open windows, the scents of the park and the sounds of the sea without fear of being bitten. Each bathroom is equipped with electric underfloor heating and has daylight in the form of a French door or an electrically operated skylight. All rooms, as well as the entire area of the house, are air-conditioned. Cribs are also available upon request. House of Poseidon is a smart low-energy villa equipped with state-of-the-art air conditioning, roof panels for hot water and its own solar system installed on the roof. Because of this, you don't have to worry about energy consumption during your stay as your impact on the environment is minimal. If you like music, House of Poseidon is the right place for you, as the entire first floor and outdoor area of the house is equipped with a top-notch Bose music system. The house has three parking spaces, a covered outdoor lounge area for a comfortable stay of 8 people and a covered outdoor pavilion for dining for 8 people. In the heated and cooled pool of 4 x 9 meters you can swim even in the off-season, while the two grills: gas grill and Kamado charcoal grill allow even the greatest gourmets to prepare excellent meals on the grill. In the house of the Poseidon there are two SUP boards, a set of pool toys and five bicycles, as well as a children's corner with slide and other toys for children. Pets are allowed in this accommodation at the discretion of the owner or for a fee.
