Villa IPause is a newly built rustic beauty with accommodation capacity for a maximum of 6, and optimally 4 people. You have 178 m2 of living space at your disposal, where you will be comfortably accommodated in 2 bedrooms with double beds (180x200). Also, the villa has 2 en suite bathrooms with a shower cabin, one of which has a bathtub. Fully air-conditioned, Villa IPause also contains a romantic room that includes a jacuzzi and a sauna, where you will certainly rest your body and soul and enjoy peace and quiet.
On the ground floor of this beautiful villa, you will find a modern and fully equipped kitchen next to which there is a romantic fireplace. Right next to the kitchen is a dining room with a dining table for 6 people, and lovers of a delicious drop of wine will be delighted by the shelves with premium wines.
The villa also has a mezzanine where there is a spacious living room with a panoramic view, including a fireplace, two sofas, an armchair, two coffee tables and a TV. It will be the perfect place for a day or evening gathering of the whole family with favorite movies or series. On this floor there is one bedroom and a bathroom, while on the top floor of the villa there is another bedroom with an attached bathroom.
The villa has a sea view from the living room and bedrooms, you will especially like it because the Adriatic Sea is known for its purity and beautiful blue color. Since Villa IPause is 8 km from the nearest beach, it will be an excellent opportunity to explore the depths of the sea and sunbathe on the beach.
You can also sunbathe on the outdoor terrace next to the heated pool of 18 m2 and 1.35 meters deep. Next to the pool there are 4 deckchairs, an umbrella and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill.
In the basement there is a space for socializing: a tavern and another kitchen that is fully equipped so that you can easily prepare delicious meals for your loved ones. There is also a covered outdoor table with 4 seats, and a beautifully landscaped garden.

The most famous historical attraction of the city of Poreč is the Euphrasian Basilica from the 6th century, located in the old town. Its interior is open daily to domestic and foreign visitors, and if you climb the bell tower of the basilica, you will be able to enjoy a spectacular view of Poreč and the surrounding area.
The main streets in the old town of Poreč still preserve their ancient shape and the layout of the old Roman castrum, and you can also visit Marafor Square with the remains of the Temple of Neptune and the Romanesque House, as well as the Pentagonal Tower and the Round Tower.
Among the other places near Poreč, we recommend the picturesque medieval towns on the hills inland: Grožnjan and Motovun. These are beautiful little towns that you will love so much that you will never want to leave!
