Villa Iverka is located in the town of Sinj, known for the Sinj Alca - a knight's game that has been held in this town since the 18th century, as a sign of victory over the Turkish invaders. The town of Sinj is a city worth visiting at any time of the year and is located in the heart of the Dalmatian hinterland, in the valley of the river Cetina. Villa Iverka will provide you with the much-needed rest, peace, and quiet that you have been longing for a long time.
Built-in 2022, this villa represents a modern style of construction that will comfortably accommodate a maximum of 7 people. Also, you have 200 m2 of living space at your disposal, and 290 m2 is the total area of the property. Villa Iverka is fully air-conditioned and consists of the ground floor and upper floor.
On the ground floor, you will be greeted by a spacious living room that includes a corner sofa, coffee table, and TV. In addition to the living room, in the modern kitchen, you will prepare meals for the whole family or friends, and try them in the dining room with a table for 6 people. Also, in the wine cellar, there is another dining room with a table with 8 seats, a kitchen, TV, and fireplace.
Upstairs you will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms with three double beds and one single bed. Each of the bedrooms also has an en suite bathroom with a shower.
On the outdoor terrace, there is a heated pool of 32 m2, and next to it you will sunbathe on 6 deck chairs and 3 parasols. You can also prepare meals on the outdoor grill on charcoal or wood. You will have your morning coffee in the outdoor garden setting next to the pool.
Additional amenities include a washing machine, dryer, and iron, as well as a feeder and baby cot. The villa also has a separate toilet.
Villa Iverka offers 1 parking space outside the yard and is fully fenced.
Attractions and local activities that are at your fingertips are rafting, fishing, cycling, horseback riding, paintball, and paragliding. Also try parachuting, canoe safari on the river Cetina, tennis, or Quad rides! Another interesting thing about this town is that in honor of Our Lady of Sinj, who according to legend drove away from the Ottomans, the knight's game Alka was founded, which is played every year, on the first Sunday in August. Alka has been played for over 300 years and is on the UNESCO World Intangible Heritage List. She is a symbol of peace, freedom, faith, and hope.
Other historical and cultural sights are the Old Town, Alkarski dvori with the Sinjska Alka Museum, the Museum of the Cetina Region where remains from the whole region can be found, the Kamičak Fortress, the Alkarski Bridge, and the Tripalo Palace.
