Villa Jakov is located in Murvica Donja, only 5 km from the city of Zadar. Zadar is located in the heart of the Adriatic and is the urban center of Northern Dalmatia. Villa Jakov was built in 2021, in a rustic style, while its interior is decorated with a beautiful and modern design that will leave you breathless! It offers guests 168 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 535 m2. It is 8 km away from the nearest sea, while the nearest cafes and restaurants are only 500 meters away. The villa is fully air-conditioned, it can accommodate a maximum of 6 people who will be divided into 3 bedrooms with double beds. Each of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with a shower, while the villa has a separate toilet.
The living room consists of a sofa, armchair, and TV, where you can relax while watching your favorite series or movies. The dining room has a dining table for 6 people, and next to it is a kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
