Villa Klara Preko is located on the island of Ugljan, in the place called Preko, which exudes real magic and offers a beautiful combination of natural beauty and interesting social events. The advantage of Villa Klara Preko is that it is located next to a well-kept sandy beach that is ideal and safe for families with children of any age. If you have never been to one of the Dalmatian islands, now is the time to do so and it is the right opportunity to get acquainted with the gastronomic offer and the pleasant locals. The island of Ugljan is called a green island because it has many pines, olives, figs and vines.

Villa Klara Preko is special for its rustic style of construction, it was built in the 19th century, more precisely in 1892 and was completely renovated in 2012. It has 230 m2 of living space and is only 5 m away from the glistening sea. Its capacity is a maximum of 8 guests, and consists of ground floor and upper floor. The ground floor has a kitchen, dining room with living room, bathroom and a separate room with washing machine, dryer and iron. You can stay in 4 bedrooms, one of which is a room with two single beds, while the other three rooms have double beds. The villa has 3 bathrooms, each with two bathtubs and two showers.

On the 1st floor, of those already mentioned, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large balcony with 3 deck chairs, while on the 2nd floor there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom.

Additional content of Villa Klara Preko is an outdoor dining table, and not far from it is a table with seating. There is also an outdoor kitchen in a separate room and an outdoor wood-burning fireplace.

You will be delighted by the beautifully landscaped green garden and the view of the Adriatic Sea. The yard is really large, and the youngest will certainly have enough space for play and entertainment, while inside the villa there is a Play station and digital television.

The villa is fully fenced, and inside and outside the yard there is 1 parking space.

Local activities on the island of Ugljan are an aquapark, exploring historical monuments, renting a bike, swimming on beautifully landscaped beaches, diving and sailing. Boats, ferries and catamarans arrive to the island of Ugljan every day, and the island itself is a 25-minute drive from the city of Zadar. You can go on a trip to the Telašćica Nature Park or to the island of Pašman, which are located nearby. You will definitely not miss the fun and enjoyment! Welcome!
