Located in Zaton, just 1.5 km from the royal town of Nin, Villa Kordelia is everything you have been dreaming of for a long time. The proximity of the beach, delicious Dalmatian traditional dishes, and the luxury of staying in a villa, are just some of what awaits you if you choose this place for your own vacation!
Villa Kordelia was built in 2022 with a modern style of construction, offering guests 242 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 466 m2. It can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, while the optimal number of guests is 6. The villa consists of ground floor and upper floor.
On the upper floor you will be comfortably accommodated in 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms with double beds, which also have 3 en suite bathrooms with showers. While drinking your morning coffee, you will be able to enjoy the view of the sea from the balcony, or watch the romantic sunset in the evening.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a corner sofa (which serves as an extra bed for 2 people), an armchair, a table and a TV. There is also a modern kitchen with a bar and three bar seats, and a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats. The kitchen can be reached directly to the outdoor terrace where you will be greeted by outdoor seating, outdoor charcoal or wood grill, outdoor dining table and swing. You will find pleasant day or night refreshment in the heated pool, with a waterfall, 32 m2 in size and 1.5 m deep. You will relax sunbathing on 6 deck chairs, reading your favorite book and soaking up the warm rays of the sun.
Additional facilities in the villa include a washing machine, dryer and iron, and if the youngest come with you, you can use the feeder and baby cot. The villa also has a separate toilet and underfloor heating.
You will achieve complete relaxation in the sauna, next to which there are smaller exercise weights and a treadmill, which will delight fans of active holidays.
Inside the courtyard of the villa there are 2 private parking spaces.
In Zaton you will surely feel the atmosphere of small Dalmatian places, where you will enjoy delicious gastronomic offers and friendly locals. It is a small tourist place ideal for a quiet holiday and relaxation from stress. It is located between two beautiful cities, Nin and Zaton. In Zaton you will be able to find sandy beaches in the shade of pine trees, crystal clear sea and beautiful sunsets. Children will be delighted by the excellent sports and sea content that they can enjoy together with their families or friends.
Do not forget to visit the city of Nin, the royal historical pearl, the city of long tradition and glorious past, which houses the Church of St. Križa, the Museum of Nin Antiquities, the monument to Prince Branimir, and the Nin Saltworks. Certainly the city of Zadar will not leave you indifferent, beautiful beaches, cafes and restaurants, and the inevitable Sun Salutation and Sea Organ will delight every visitor.
