Villa L&T 1 Nin is located in the small village of Grbe, only 3 km from the royal city of Nin. The town of Nin is 15 km from the city of Zadar. In the center of Nin is a small island with a diameter of 500 m, connected to the mainland by two bridges. The village of Grbe and the city of Nin are the perfect tourist destination, regardless of the age of the guests, because everyone can find something interesting to see, such as beautiful sandy beaches, and cafes and restaurants with delicious gastronomic offers.

The modernly built and beautifully decorated villa L&T 1 Nin, with its 132 m2 of living space for complete enjoyment, offers accommodation for a maximum of 6, and optimally 4 people, and the ground floor is at your disposal while the upper floor is closed.

On the ground floor there is a living room with a corner set that serves as an extra bed for two people, a coffee table and a TV. It is connected to a snow-white modern kitchen and a dining room with a table for 10 people. Villa L&T 1 Nin has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one bedroom has a double bed, a small balcony and a separate bathroom, and the second room has 2 single beds and an en suite bathroom with a shower. If you come with children, the villa also has a cot available, so that even your youngest can have a pleasant vacation.

Luxurious refreshment will be provided by the heated swimming pool of 28 m2, next to which you can relax and enjoy the sunny and hot summer days on 8 wooden deckchairs. You will certainly have evening parties with the outdoor charcoal grill, and you will be able to enjoy drinking delicious cocktails at the outdoor table.

The villa is completely fenced, has a garden, and is surrounded by olive trees that represent Dalmatian history and culture.

Villa L&T 1 Nin has 3 private parking spaces inside its yard, and outside it is possible to park 1-2 cars next to the house itself.
