It is an extremely romantic retreat, but also a wonderful place for a family vacation with a view of the sea, which is only 250 m away.

This beautiful villa on its 180 m2 can accommodate up to 15 people in 6 beautifully decorated bedrooms with 6 bathrooms. On the first floor of the villa, you can find 4 harmoniously decorated bedrooms with bathrooms. Three bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while one has 2 separate beds. The two bedrooms on the upper floor offer a beautiful view of the coast and the old town, which you can admire from the balcony of these 2 bedrooms. As part of the villa, there is also a 42 m2 basement apartment for rent, consisting of 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200). The apartment also has a living room with a 150x200 sofa bed, which is ideal for 1 person or 2 children. The living room together with the dining room opens with a sliding wall towards the garden with a sea view. The apartment also has a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.

On the ground floor of the villa, you will find a beautifully decorated living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with a capacity of 6 + 6. A corridor that offers you a wide selection of books stretches through the entire spacious ground floor. One room is also located on the ground floor equipped with a double bed, an additional bed for one person, and a bathroom with a free-standing bathtub. Furthermore, two travel cots for children are available in the villa.

In the completely fenced yard of the villa, you will find a beautiful outdoor stone barbecue, a terrace with a beautiful view, and a heated swimming pool of size 4.2 x 6.5 m2 with a depth of 1.20-1.60 m. The beautiful pool is equipped with a mechanism for swimming against the current and is surrounded by 10 deck chairs.
