In the luxury villa La Thea with an irreplaceable view of the sunset, located just a few meters from the beach, you will enjoy the peace and quiet provided by the place called Petrčane, located near the urban centre of Zadar in northern Dalmatia.

Contemporary style of construction and minimalist simplicity are the hallmarks of the spacious 220 m2 Villa La Thea, which covers a total area of 600 m2 of land. Accommodation capacity of the villa is for a maximum of 8 people. On the upper floor of the villa there are three luxuriously decorated and air-conditioned rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Two rooms have double beds, and one is equipped with two single beds. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and an iron and ironing board. Two spacious terraces on the upper floor will provide you with unforgettable moments of relaxation with the sea view and a soothing wave of the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea.

On the ground floor of the villa there is a large living room with a double sofa bed, a dining room and a modern kitchen. On the ground floor there is an additional bathroom and a walk-in closet. The living room opens onto an outdoor terrace equipped with a beautiful, heated pool of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.8 m. Fully fenced courtyard of the villa offers peace and privacy, and additional facilities include garden furniture, outdoor charcoal grill, table for lunch and 6 deck chairs located around the pool. There are three parking spaces available inside the yard, and another additional parking space outside the yard.

The place of Petrčane is full of charming beaches and romantic promenades. Be sure to visit one of the traditional restaurants with a superb gastronomic offer dominated by fresh fish, seafood, and delicious risottos. In Petrčane there is a place called Konoba Kraljevski vinogradi where you can try top local wines Pošip, Crljenak and Plavac mali, and enjoy the endless fields of vineyards surrounded by untouched nature. This place has a very interesting history dating back to the 11th century when the Croatian king Petar Krešimir IV. donated these vineyards to a Benedictine monastery from Zadar, run by his sister, Abbess Čika.

For all those looking for adventure, there is also an Adventure Park with a variety of content such as paintball or squad. Slightly north of Petrčane there are many other small maritime places whose summer offer abounds in interesting cultural, musical and entertainment content. On the island of Vir, for example, you will find numerous places for night outs, and Nin will be enjoyed by all lovers of cultural and historical monuments and researchers of ancient antiquities. In Nin there is a beach with healing mud Peloid, whose beneficial properties were known in the pre-ancient period.
