Villa La Tina is located in Petrčane, which is known for the most beautiful beaches in the city of Zadar and is also dotted with pines, olive groves, and vineyards. Petrčane is located between Zadar and the historic town of Nin, and every year they are a great destination for a family vacation full of swimming and enjoying the crystal-clear sea. The villa was built in a modern and contemporary style of construction in 2022 and decided to provide its guests with 330 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 800 m2. It is only 300 meters away from the nearest sea and beach, which is a great opportunity for pleasant refreshment during the hot summer days. The villa is fully air-conditioned and provides accommodation for a maximum of 10 and optimally 8 people, and consists of the lowest floor, ground floor, and upper floor.
On the ground floor, you will be greeted by a modern and fully equipped kitchen where you will be able to prepare delicious meals for the whole family every day, and you will try them in the dining room at a table with 10 seats. You will relax in the beautiful and spacious living room which includes two sofas, two armchairs, an extra sofa bed that serves as an extra bed for two people, a coffee table, and a TV.
On the outdoor terrace, there is a heated pool of 44 m2 and a depth of 1.8 meters where you can cool off at any time of day or night, enjoying pleasant company and fun. You will sunbathe on 8 deckchairs, and you will be able to prepare meals on the outdoor grill on charcoal or wood.
You will also enjoy luxury in the outdoor jacuzzi on one of the terraces, where there are deck chairs so you can enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea. There is also a sauna and a fitness room equipped with several basic exercise equipment, which will delight fans of active holidays the most.
On the upper floor of Villa La Tina, there are 4 bedrooms, three of which have double beds, and the last one has two single beds. Each of the rooms also has an en suite bathroom with a shower.
Additional facilities you can use in the villa are a washing machine, iron, 2 separate toilets, a feeder and a baby cot.
Children will be able to have fun swimming in the pool or playing PlayStation and table tennis.
The yard of the villa is fully fenced, and inside the yard, you can use 4 private parking spaces, while outside it there are 2 more.
Today's Petrčane is a tourist place, and in addition to tourism as the most important economic branch, agriculture and olive growing are developed, as well as viticulture. You will be especially delighted by the 'Royal Vineyards' in Petrčane, which are one of the most visited vineyards and wine houses with a focus on indigenous Croatian grape varieties. The wine tasting room with vineyards is located on the southern slopes above Petrčane and overlooks the entire town and the surrounding archipelago, which you will enjoy with a drop of fine wines!
