Your stay in Villa Lacus

Villa Lacus is located in the beautiful settlement Vrana, which is 12 km away from the tourist centre Biograd. Thanks to the pleasant climate and fairy-tale landscape along Lake Vrana, the town of Vrana guarantees a fairy-tale holiday on the Adriatic. You can enjoy a fairy-tale view of Vrana Lake from this beautiful contemporary villa Lacus. On the first floor of Villa Lacus are three air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bathroom, two balconies and one beautiful large terrace. The ground floor has an air-conditioned bedroom with bathroom, a modern kitchen with a dining room with 8 seats and a comfortable spacious living room. From the living room you come directly to the yard with a swimming pool, an open garage with 5 parking spaces and a playground for the youngest. In the courtyard you can relax in the outdoor dining room or on the sun loungers around the pool (8). You can also serve your specialties stored on the outdoor charcoal grill. The villa is completely fenced to enjoy the privacy and comfort that Villa Lacus provides. Near Villa Lacus is Vrana Lake, the largest lake in Croatia and a special ornithological reservation. Arriving at Vrana Lake, you will move away from civilisation and find peace in the nature. If you want to enjoy the beach and the sea, about 12 km from the villa is a pebble beach Janice, which is very well equipped with various tourist facilities such as beach volleyball courts, pedal boats, and a water park. Do not forget to visit the historic city of Sibenik and the favourite tourist destination Zadar. This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.

Ich finde das Haus insgesamt sehr modern und schön für Familien auch mit Hund Die Ausstattung ist sehr gepflegt modern und neuwertig Man hat alles dort was man brauch und man findet viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr zuvorkommend und kommen jeden Tag um den Pool zu säubern und die Blumen zu gießen. Ein kleiner Gemüsegarten steht zur Verfügung der einem ein bisschen Heimatfeeling vermittelt. Insgesamt gibt es nichts negatives zu beanstanden und wir freuen uns auf den nächste......

Durch die zuvorkommend Art der Besitzer hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Ein kleiner Gemüsegarten mit viel Abwechslung vermittelt um so mehr die Herzlichkeit. Wir haben uns mit Kind und Hund sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns jetzt schon auf den Urlaub nächstes Jahr.

Beautiful villa
Villa Lacus was our house for 2 weeks. We enjoyed every single angle of the house, the olive trees, the garden with fresh vegetables, the playground (our 2 kids were happy), the swimmingpool. The house is very ellegant, modern furniture and all the comforts. Not for last, the owners Katarina and Luka were very kind since our first day . They were always ready to satisfy our requests. You can't make a better choice. Thanks for everything! Maria, Alena, Alexander, Lorenzo, Elena.

The Villa was very beautiful, clean and well mantained, the owners are really friendly. The rooms and the possibility to play ping-pong and pool are great. The pool is cleaned every morning. We enjoyed our stay.
