Villa Lavi is located in Kostrena Sveta Lucia, on Kvarner, which will delight every guest who is looking for a peaceful and pleasant vacation.
The villa was built in a contemporary style and offers 297 m2 of living space. The total area of the property is 1554 m2, and it can accommodate a maximum of 10 (max. 8 adults), and optimally 7 people. The nearest pebble beach is 4 km away, which is an excellent opportunity for family gatherings and fun by the sea! The villa is fully air-conditioned, and guests will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms, three of which have a double bed (180x200), one has 1 single bed (90x200), and the master room has 1 sofa bed for one person. Three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with showers. 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned and have access to their own balcony where you can enjoy the sofa while drinking coffee or reading a book. While the smallest room has no access to the balcony and no air conditioning.
In the living room, you will relax on the corner sofa, and there is also a coffee table, stools, and a TV. Next to the couch (which serves as an extra bed for 2 people), there is a pool table, and the living room leads directly to the outdoor terrace. There is, of course, a modern kitchen and a dining room with a table for 8 people.
You will enjoy luxurious relaxation in the wellness room, where there is a sauna and a romantic jacuzzi, as well as a shower.
Additional facilities that you can use during your stay include a separate toilet, washing machine, dryer, and iron.
The villa has a sea view, and on the outdoor terrace, you will enjoy the infinity pool of size 48 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. Next to it, you will sunbathe on 8 deckchairs, and you can also use the outdoor charcoal or wood grill, and try the prepared food on the outside dining table.
In the fenced yard, there is a slide and two swings, where children can have fun and play. There are 6 private parking spaces at your disposal.
Villa Lavi is 9 km from the city of Rijeka, which is also the most important Croatian port due to its geographical position. It is also interesting that Rijeka was chosen as the European Capital of Culture for 2020, together with the city of Galway in Ireland. Many people do not know the fact that every year Rijeka hosts one of the biggest carnivals, which is almost as popular as the one in Venice. The beaches in Rijeka are located either on the easternmost side or on the westernmost side of the city. All beaches can be reached by bus, and free parking is allowed next to them.
