In the south of Croatia, in Orašac, there is a beautiful villa Leda. This modernly built beauty is located right next to the sister villa Naria, however, both villas are rented separately and are spatially separated. Orašac is located only 16 km from the city of Dubrovnik, the Adriatic pearl which is famous for its walls that in historical times served as a defense against the enemy, and today it attracts tourists who come from all over the world.
Villa Leda has 390 m2 of living space and offers accommodation for up to 10 people. This is a great opportunity for all those who want to stay in a location in a quiet place near the sea, and at the same time be away from the city bustle and crowds.
The ground floor of the villa is intended for an afternoon rest, which you will be able to achieve in a comfortable living room that contains a romantic fireplace, two sofas, a table, an armchair, and a TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen that includes a bar with two bar seats, and a dining area with a dining table.
The outdoor terrace offers the opportunity to enjoy the heated pool of 24 m2, sunbathing on 10 sun loungers. You do not have to prepare meals only in the kitchen inside the villa, but also on the outdoor terrace, because there is an electric grill and a barbecue on wood or charcoal. There is also a covered outdoor dining table by the pool.
Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms. All rooms have sea views, balconies with coffee and a TV. On the balconies, there is a sitting set to enjoy the panoramic view of the sea and islands.
If you are one of those guests who want to be active during the holidays, in a separate room there are several basic fitness equipment for exercise.
Additional facilities at Villa Naria include a feeder, baby cot, dryer, iron, and washing machine. Massage and concierge services are available by prior arrangement.
Explore Orašac, visit wine tours, rent bicycles and ride in nature and interesting roads, dive into the depths of the Adriatic Sea, or visit the towns located near the villa. Be sure to try the top dishes in the famous Dubrovnik taverns or restaurants.
