The stone villa Ledina is located in the small town Privlaka and surrounded by the most beautiful sandy beaches of northern Dalmatia. Nearby are the royal city of Nin and the thousand-year-old town of Zadar. Villa Ledina is a fully fenced stone house, a simple expression of a local architecture. This beauty in the coastal Privlaka is built on two floors. Guests can enjoy complete privacy on the ground floor, which features a rustic, white kitchen equipped with everything you might need during your stay in the villa. The living room that is harmoniously and stylishly decorated with pastel shades will give you pleasantly spent moments of relaxation with your family and friends. Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms where you will fall into the most beautiful dreams after a relaxing day and the atmosphere this villa offers you. The bathroom comes with a shower. The bedrooms open onto a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or the most beautiful sunsets in the Mediterranean. Larger groups will simply make a sleeping arrangement. The two bedrooms have a comfortable double bed and the third bedroom has separate beds. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard, where you can float during the day, so you can refresh yourself quickly in the summer heat. Soak up the sun. By the pool there is a terrace where you can enjoy pleasant summer evenings and relax in the beautiful ambience provided by the surroundings. The pool is particularly interesting because due to the built-in heaters, it can be used in the winter months.
Zadar County boasts small towns with stories from the distant past and nice hosts. In Privlaka you will also find sandy beaches and sports activities and small historic buildings and churches. It is both attractive for archaeologists, historians and art historians. Divers can find underwater caves, which are also archaeological sites. In addition to the offer for active sports, it is certainly advisable to visit the Velebit Nature Park and Paklenica National Park, as well as the Kornati National Park.
