Your stay in Villa Letizia

Villa Letizia is located on the island of Pašman, in the town of Ždrelac, which is visited every year by local and foreign tourists looking for a peaceful holiday. Ždrelac is also the largest place on the island of Pašman and is located right next to the bridge that connects Pašman with the island of Ugljan. Ždrelac will offer its guests long walks, many opportunities for cycling or running, and most of all, it will delight you with its gastronomic offer that will stun your taste buds.

Villa Letizia was built in 2022 in a rustic construction style, it is fully air-conditioned, and guests have 290 m2 of living space at their disposal, which they can enjoy during their stay, while the total area of the property is 500 m2. The special feature of the villa is that, in addition to the pool, you can swim in the clean Adriatic Sea, which is only 20 meters away from the villa. It is an excellent opportunity for summer joys in the circle of family and dearest friends. A maximum of 10 people can stay in the villa, which will be distributed in 5 bedrooms with double beds and associated en suite bathrooms with showers. Of the total 5 bedrooms, three are located on the lower floor, and there are two more on the upper floor.

On the ground floor, you will find a living room, a dining room with a dining table for 10 people, a fireplace, and a kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals for your loved ones On the upper floor, there is another living room of 70 m2 that includes a couch and TV. The villa has a sea view from both living rooms and from two bedrooms.

On the outdoor terrace, you can refresh yourself comfortably in the 20 m2 pool, 1.6 meters deep. Next to the pool, you will sunbathe on 10 deckchairs, soaking up the sun and reading your favorite book. Also, on the outdoor terrace, there is a covered outdoor dining table with 10 seats and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill where you can try your hand at preparing traditional Dalmatian dishes.

Additional facilities that you will be able to use are a washing machine, an iron and 2 separate toilets.

Children will have fun watching the entertainment program on TV, and there is also an open yard where they can play carefree. Fans of an active holiday will be able to use an exercise bike, a treadmill, and several basic exercise equipment.

With an additional charge, it is possible to organize the hire of a cook, rent a boat, and do daily cleaning of the villa. Likewise, the villa accepts pets (maximum 3), and each pet is charged €15 per day.

There are 3 private parking spaces inside the courtyard of Villa Letiza, and 5 more outside.

Treat yourself and your family to a vacation to remember, and visit the old stone core of Ždrelac, which is a witness to the indigenous stone construction of the island of Pašman. For those guests who want a combination of sea air and greenery, there is also a pine forest located not far from the center. One day is certainly not enough to visit and experience everything this place can offer, so be prepared because Ždrelac is a place that captures everyone's heart.
