Brand new and modern villa Magic View is located in Milna, the largest village on the west coast of the island of Brac. Milna is connected to the city of Split by catamaran, and the ferry port in Supetar is 20 km away, which will certainly make your dream vacation easier! This villa is an ideal choice for all those who desperately need a healing holiday for body and soul with a sea view that will not be forgotten!

Villa Magic View has an interesting name as it is built to the highest architectural standards with a beautiful and unique exit to the roof. It is also a villa that will be available to guests for the first time from the summer of 2022. Modern style of construction, 260 m2 of living space, and a distance of only 8 m from the Adriatic Sea are just some of its specifics. The villa offers accommodation for a maximum of 10 and optimally 6 - 8 people. Additional amenities include a feeder and baby cot, washing machine, dryer and iron.

On the ground floor of this villa there is a storage for kayaks and one private parking space. On the first floor there is a spacious dining room that includes a dining table for 10 people, and near the dining room is a modern and fully equipped kitchen. The living room consists of a corner sofa, TV, armchair and coffee table. Kids will definitely be delighted by the home theater and Playstation. On the first floor there is a toilet, an outdoor dining table and an outdoor heated pool 1.8 m deep whose additional functionalities are massage and heating.

On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds (180x200) and 2 bathrooms, while on the third floor there are two more bedrooms and a terrace that will be ideal for socializing with family or a group of dearest friends. You can use the outdoor grill on charcoal or wood, where you will prepare delicious traditional dishes.

Villa Magic View has a sea view from most of its rooms and guarantees you enjoyment of the view of the calm, clear and clean sea! If you arrive by your own boat, there is also a private berth for a boat up to 12 meters away. Also, guests have at their disposal a boat moored in front of the villa, and offers a speedboat transfer or transport from the airport to the villa, all for an additional fee.

Attractions and local activities worth trying are wine tours, water sports, rafting, aquapark and many more. As already mentioned, Villa Magic View also has kayaks that will be an ideal opportunity to enjoy with the family, and guests are offered a concierge service by prior arrangement.

Milna is primarily a tourist place, which has three marinas, several beautiful hotels, olive groves, and the population is engaged in fishing. Milna has been around for 400 years, and its stone houses and baroque church confirm its rich past. The population, living by the sea, also learned to live from it.
