Villa Manimm is located in Posedarje, only 23 km from the beautiful city of Zadar! Posedarje stands out as one of the most sought-after tourist destinations in Croatia, and with its timeless beauty it will quickly win your heart and satisfy all your senses. From tempting culinary delights to a magical landscape, this destination is a safe haven for the whole family to enjoy. Delight yourself and your family with the perfect vacation that you will always be happy to remember!

Villa Manimm was built in 2018 and underwent a complete renovation in 2022. It is only 500 meters away from the clear sea, which is a great opportunity to dive into the depths of the sea with family or friends. The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation for a maximum of 10 and optimally 8 people, and consists of the ground floor and upper floor.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a corner sofa, coffee table, armchair, and TV. Near the living room is a dining room with a table for 8 people, and a modern and fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare delicious meals for the whole family. Also, on the ground floor, there is a fitness room that will delight fans of active holidays and contains several basic exercise equipment.

On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms with double beds (three beds are 160x200 and one is 140x200), and two bathrooms with showers. On the upper floor you will also enjoy two outdoor terraces where you will be able to have your morning coffee.

On the outdoor terrace, on the ground floor, you will be pleasantly refreshed in a heated pool of 44 m2 and a depth of 1.45 m, whose additional features are a jacuzzi and counter-current swimming. You will sunbathe on 8 sun loungers soaking up the warm rays of the sun or reading your favorite book.

Additional contents of Villa Manimm are a washing machine, dryer, and iron, and you can use a separate toilet, as well as a feeder and a cot (60x120). The sofa in the living room serves as an extra bed for two people.

Kids will have fun playing darts, and there are swings and a slide.

Villa Manimm has a sea view and the yard is fully fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces.

Attractions and local activities at your fingertips include water sports, fishing, cycling, the beach, and a visit to the surrounding places where fun awaits you. Be sure to visit the city of Zadar, which you can reach in just 25 minutes by car, and where you can expect excellent gastronomic offers, delicious Dalmatian specialties, and various types of the best wines that will delight even the most demanding palates! Zadar is visited by a large number of domestic and foreign tourists every summer, and the city is a great location for all ages because it is full of interesting content where everyone will find something for themselves!
