This villa, with accommodation capacity for a maximum of 8 people, offers luxurious accommodation for all those guests who want to treat themselves and their loved ones to a memorable holiday! With a beautifully decorated interior and rustic exterior, the villa offers 136 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 177 m2.

Villa Mare Vista is only 10 meters from the nearest sea and beach, where you will have the opportunity to explore the depths of the sea and enjoy sunny summer days. Also, near the villa there is a pizzeria and a tavern where you can try traditional Dalmatian dishes and delight your palate with excellent wines.

This rustic beauty offers 4 comfortable bedrooms with double beds, and two bathrooms with showers. Likewise, the bedrooms include underfloor heating, two are located on the ground floor and have a TV, and the remaining two are on the upper floor.

On the ground floor, you will relax in a beautifully decorated living room with a sea view, which includes a sofa, a coffee table and an armchair. The TV is located in the living room upstairs. In the living room on the upper floor, you will especially be delighted by the pool table, where you can have fun whenever you want. In the modern and fully equipped kitchen, you will prepare meals for the whole family, and in the dining room there is a dining table, next to which there is also a fireplace.

The outdoor terrace on the top floor offers the possibility of a romantic refreshment in the jacuzzi, with a sea view and the island. Next to it are outdoor covered seating and a table where you can drink cocktails in the best company and enjoy until late into the night. Also, on the ground floor there is an outdoor dining table with 8 seats, and there are also 3 wooden deckchairs and a coffee table. You can also use the outdoor summer kitchen, and the outdoor charcoal or wood grill.

Additional amenities that are also available are a baby feeder, a washing machine and an iron.

Dugi otok is primarily a place of relaxation and enjoyment, and in each of its 12 smaller towns, during the summer months, festivals, i.e. parties, are held, usually in the name of the patron saint of a particular place, with the inevitable sounds of local music and traditional dishes. Lovers of an active holiday will be able to explore the island along well-maintained and marked hiking trails, and it is definitely worth visiting the Telašćica Nature Park or the Kornati National Park. Likewise, various sports events are organized throughout the year, and hiking trails and an organized climbing area are also available.
