Your stay in Villa Martina & Sanja

Luxury villa Martina & Sanja is a complex of two sister villas located in the small town of Zaton near the urban centre of Zadar in Northern Dalmatia. The isolated location of the villa away from the city hustle will provide with peace, privacy and enjoyment in the luxury of these beautiful modern villas.

The overall maximum capacity of the two villas is for 16 people, while the optimal capacity of the villa is suitable for 12 people. Each villa has three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms located on the upper floor. In two rooms there is also available one sofa bed for two more persons.

On the ground floor of each villa there is a modern kitchen, dining room and living room, additional toilet, dressing room and laundry. On the beautiful terrace of each villa there is a large, heated pool measuring 7x3m and 1.6 m deep. Additional pool equipment includes LED lighting, outdoor solar shower, while around the pool there are four deck chairs and two sunshades. On the terrace you will also find an outdoor gas grill and dining table where you can relax on pleasant summer afternoons.

The villas are also equipped with additional facilities such as fitness equipment, bicycles or table tennis that will complete the leisure time of your vacations. In the completely fenced yard of these villa's there is total of 4 parking spaces, while outside the yard there are 4 additional parking spaces available.

The nearest beach is 1 km distant from the villa, and there is a beach with healing mud nearby as well. Sea mud therapy has been used for many years to improve the immune system and metabolism, for various diseases and injuries treatment or for the musculoskeletal system or skin diseases. The healing mud is located in the town of Nin, right next to the Queen's Beach, which was named after Queen Jelena, the wife of the first Croatian king Tomislav.

In the vicinity of the villa you will find many other interesting content such as Adventure Park in Kožino. If Adventure Park is not enough for you, on the 56 m high Maslenica bridge, you can try an adrenaline bomb - Bungee Jumping.

The gastronomic offer of Dalmatia will surely delight all gourmets and lovers of seafood dishes, fresh fish or high-quality olive oil. Olive oil is one of the traditional agricultural crops in Dalmatia, which is recognized for its quality not only in Croatia but throughout Europe.

On the nearby island of Pag, which you can reach by car over the Pag bridge, you will find authentic products such as Pag cheese, the most prized Croatian cheese, which is specific in that it is made exclusively from whole milk of the original sheep breed from the island of Pag.

Do not miss to visit interesting cultural and historical monuments and sites on the island of Pag, Vir, in the town of Nin or in the urban centre of Zadar. For example, the very centre of the town of Pag on the island of Pag is an example of a Renaissance town from the 15th century where you will come across the Rector's Palace where various exhibitions and events are held today in the summer months.

In Zadar you will find the largest number of preserved cultural and historical monuments in Dalmatia that date back to pre-ancient times. Zadar is also known for the most beautiful sunset, and on the Zadar waterfront you can enjoy the unique sounds of the Sea Organ, a modern installation specific to the original combination of architecture and sound.
