Villa Medulin 2 is located in the eponymous village Medulin in Istria, known for being one of the most important tourist destinations in Istria, and at the same time a place rich in fishing tradition and delicious fish dishes that are sure to delight you! Villa Medulin 2, offers accommodation for up to 14 people, which makes it very interesting for larger groups of guests, whether it is a family or a few close friends. It is located only 5 m from the bright and clean sea where you will surely refresh yourself at any time of day or night. Villa Medulin 2 has an area of 322 m2, is fully air conditioned and with its modern style of construction attracts every guest who wants a real summer holiday. Six rooms with TV, two rooms with two single beds, and four bedrooms with four double beds offer you complete comfort, also, if you need another bed, you can use a sofa bed (160x200) ideal for two persons. The villa also has 6 ensuite bathrooms with showers, and additional facilities that will surely be of great help are a washing machine and iron, and two additional separate toilets. Beautifully decorated kitchen, dining room with dining table for 8 people, and a large living room with sofa and TV allow you to enjoy and cook in intimacy with your family, trying new recipes in the Istrian tradition, or watching your favourite series and movies. For those who lead an active life and are fans of sports and exercise, they have the opportunity to exercise in a separate room in Villa Medulin 2, where there is a basic exercise equipment. The pool of 26 m2 allows you to cool off during the day or night in complete privacy because the villa Medulin 2 and it is completely fenced. On 6 deck chairs you can relax and enjoy sunbathing, and during your stay you can use the outdoor grill. The villa offers 5 parking spaces within its yard. As additional entertainment for those looking for adrenaline, with an advance payment, there is also the possibility of renting a boat Sessa key Largo 26 for a maximum of 6 people for 6 hours, which includes a private skipper. The city is also known for fishing, so for this reason it boasts a diverse rich gastronomic offer in restaurants, which in the first place is based on fish dishes. Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 28 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.

In unserem Zeitraum, der nur aus schönstem Wetter bestand, wurde der Pool kein bisschen wärmer. Wenn man Eisschwimmer ist, ist der Pool kein Problem. => Pool so gut wie nicht nutzbar. - Auf der Terrasse fehlt eine Art Markise, um sich dort auch mal ein schattiges Plätzchen machen zu können. Sollte bei dem Preis der Villa eigentlich Standard sein.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in der Villa Medulin 2
Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Medulin 2 für unseren Workshop vom 05.-11.06.2022 war hervorragend. Die Ausstattung des Hauses in den Zimmern, Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche und Pool war sehr zufriedenstellend und hat jedem unserer Mitreisenden gefallen. Die Abwicklung des Check-Ins und Check-Outs war trotz unser späten Ankunft und frühen Abreise vollkommen unproblematisch und wir konnten mit unserem Host alles problemlos managen. Die Nähe zur Hafenpromenade von Medulin war auch genau richtig, um abends noch schön wohin essen zu gehen, und die Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Bereich des Hauses war sehr zuvorkommend. Alles in allem können wir den Aufenthalt in dieser Villa jederzeit empfehlen.
