Modern villa Mellon is located in one of the best locations on the Adriatic coast, in a quiet place Ljubač near the urban center of Northern Dalmatia, the city of Zadar. Just 40 m away from the sea, Villa Mellon is a unique experience of luxury surrounded by untouched nature and the freshness of the sea.
Accommodation capacity for a total of 8 people, the villa has 4 modern and air-conditioned rooms, two with double beds and two with single beds. In addition, there is a folding sofa 200x160 cm suitable for two people.
On the ground floor of the villa there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet, another separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with access to the terrace. On the upper floor of the villa there are two bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, modern kitchen with living room and balcony.
On the spacious terrace of the villa there is a beautiful, heated pool measuring 4x10 m and 1.55 m deep. Inside the pool there is one embedded jacuzzi that will give you a feeling of complete relaxation. Around the pool there are 6 deck chairs, an outdoor dining table and an outdoor barbecue. The villa is fully fenced, and inside the yard there are 4 parking spaces. Outside the courtyard of the villa there are 5 more parking spaces.
If you opt for a yachting experience, whether you have your own boat or decide to rent one, the villa also offers a private solid boat mooring by prior arrangement.
Nearby is the famous sandy beach Ljubač, which attracts with its simplicity and beautiful landscape. Here you can enjoy swimming, diving, or sailing in a beautiful crystal-clear Adriatic sea.
