The beautiful and luxurious Villa Mir is located in a small dalmatian village of Kaštel Štafilić. The location is ideal for those who want to indulge in a week of unspoilt relaxation and enjoyment of nature. Even though the villa is located in a peaceful area, it is just a 6 minute drive from Split airport. The Villa is also close to Split and Trogir. You can easily visit and explore these two beautiful dalmatian cities, historical and cultural centers.
The most unique element of the villa is its unobstructed view of the vineyard surrounding it. Imagine waking up to these beautiful sights every morning! There are two houses on the property - villa Mir which has 4 bedrooms equipped with double beds, televisions and air-conditioning, 4 bathrooms and two separate toilets, a fully equipped beautiful rustic kitchen, a comfortable dining area and a spacious living room. The villa is ideal for spending time with your family and friends as it has amenities such as a sauna, a fitness room and a spacious game room with Billard. Rustica is the smaller house with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. These two houses can situate 12 people (+2 additional people) and can only be booked together.
What is even more beautiful is the outside space where you will find a private, heated swimming pool (60m2) equipped with a jacuzzi and a hydromassage. The outdoor space also has a beautiful garden equipped with garden furniture and soccer court (110m2) where you can also play basketball, tenis, and volleyball. If you want to experience something local, you can try playing „balote“ since the villa also has a bowling playground. An abundance of sports content will satisfy both children and adults.
*The price includes a cleaning lady every day at agreed time as well as gardeners due to the size of the estate, also at the agreed hour. Welcome pack and all the basic necessities for the household.
