The complex of villas Miramonti & Iskra is located in Sv Lovreč in Istria. The villas were built in a rustic style in 2009, and were completely renovated in 2022. They offer accommodation for a maximum of 16 people who will be comfortably accommodated in 8 bedrooms: 6 rooms have a double bed, while 2 rooms have 2 single beds each. Also, the complex has 7 bathrooms, some of which have a bathtub and a shower, and some only a shower.

Guests have 399 m2 of living space at their disposal, and the total area of the property is 2207 m2, which is more than enough for carefree play and children's fun in the beautifully landscaped yard. The complex is 15 km from the nearest sea and beach, and the same distance from the city of Poreč, and the nearest restaurant is only 400 meters from the complex.

In the villas, after lunch, you will have a pleasant rest in the beautifully decorated living room, which contains a three-seater, a two-seater, a coffee table, a romantic fireplace and a TV. Near the living room are the dining room with a dining table, and a modern kitchen with a bar where you can easily prepare meals for family and friends.

On the outdoor terrace of each villa, there is a swimming pool of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.5 meters. Next to it there are 8 deckchairs for sunbathing, a parasol, a covered outdoor dining table and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill.

In Villa Miramonti, you can enjoy the sea view and untouched nature from the balcony, and drink your morning coffee on the sofa.

During your stay, additional facilities such as a washing machine, an iron, and if necessary, a feeder and a baby cot are at your disposal.

Table football and table tennis, which can be played by adults as well as children, are fun content. The beautifully landscaped courtyards of Villa Miramonti and Villa Iskra are completely fenced and offer 6 private parking spaces.

In Istria, do not miss the tasting of Istrian wines and feel the special aroma of this region. In Sveti Lovreč, you can visit the old town, which is surrounded by former walls. For all those who like to enjoy cycling, we definitely suggest heading to the bike path that stretches along the Lim channel all the way to Vrsar.
