Beautiful villa Mistral 2 lies in the picturesque seaside town of Rogoznica. Its position itself provides a beautiful view of one of the most beautiful sunsets that sets directly into the sea.

With a total capacity for a maximum of 10, and optimally 8 people, this 260 m2 villa extends over two floors and is located in a closed complex of villas that ensure peace and privacy.

The gorgeous first floor of the villa features four luxuriously decorated bedrooms equipped with comfortable double beds and a large balcony with an enchantingly breathtaking view of the sea and the islands near the town of Rogoznica.

En-suite bathrooms with shower enclosures are also fully equipped with accompanying facilities such as towels, soap, hair dryer, etc. Iron and ironing board, washing machine and dryer are also available. For families with small children, the offer of this fully air-conditioned villa includes a highchair and a baby cot. There are also two extra beds (130x120) available, suited for kids.

The spacious ground floor of the villa consists of a sunny living room with underfloor heating and cooling, a large kitchen and dining room with 10 seats, and in the wellness area you will find a sauna and jacuzzi for complete relaxation. The beautiful, fully equipped kitchen features all the necessary utensils and top-notch kitchen appliances.

On the large open terrace of 120m2 (90m2 made of teak), there is a beautiful overflow pool of 38m2 which includes a children's pool as well. In addition to heating, the pool offers a cooling option so that the guests can enjoy a refreshing swim according to their wishes. There are eight comfortable sun loungers around the pool, and for relaxing in good company there is also an outdoor gas grill.

The fully fenced yard of the villa features a private parking lot with three parking spaces.

Villa Mistral 2 has two a sister villas, villa Mistral 1 and villa Mistral 3 located just next to it. They are rented as three separate villas, and the villa Mistral 2 is located in the middle of them. Villa Mistral 2 has almost the same layout as other two villas. Its offer also includes a large terrace with pool and sunlonges. Villas are separated with wooden partition, thus ensuring their guests peace and privacy. In case you come with family or friends as a large group there is the possibility of booking the villas Mistral 1, 2 and 3 together in available terms.

In the immediate vicinity of villa Mistral 2 you will find a variety of content and interesting attractions. If you like outdoor activities, the option of renting bicycles to explore the surroundings or trying your hand at numerous water sports such as sailing, diving, and swimming, will prove to be most appealing.
