Villa Mona

Villa Mona is located in Gračac, a small town in Lika. The interesting thing about Gračac is that it is the largest municipality in Croatia by area, with almost 1000 km2, and it is also known for its eco-production of healthy food. The villa was built in 2022 in a contemporary construction style, it offers guests 250 m2 of living space, and even 20,000 m2 of entire property. It is surrounded by untouched nature where you will enjoy peace, quiet and the singing of birds, while drinking your morning coffee on the outdoor terrace. Villa Mona is air-conditioned and offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 people. On the upper floor, there are 4 bedrooms with double beds (180x200), each with its own en suite bathroom with shower.

On the ground floor there is an open space that includes a living room with a corner sofa, coffee table, TV and armchair. Right next to the living room is the dining room with a dining table for 8 people, and a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a bar and 4 bar stools.

The outdoor terrace will be the most common place to hang out with family and friends thanks to the heated pool of 40 m2 and 1.5 meters deep. Next to it, there are 8 deck chairs for sunbathing and enjoying your favorite book. You can also use an outdoor charcoal or wood grill.

Additional amenities in the villa include a washing machine, dryer, and iron, and if children come with you on vacation, you can use a feeder and a baby cot.

Fun facilities that will delight you include a volleyball, football or basketball court, table tennis and a trampoline. Complete luxury will be provided by the romantic jacuzzi and sauna. Bicycles are also available, so you will have the opportunity to enjoy riding with family or friends. There is also a digital television in the living room, and you can watch your favorite series and movies on Netflix. There is also a bocce court outside the villa. It is a game that can be played in the following way: one against another, two against two other people, and it can also be played three against three players. Bocce is a very well-known social game, so if you've never had the chance to play it, now is the time to try it!

Among the natural attractions, we can single out the Velebit nature park, the Cerova caves, which are the largest cave complex in Croatia, and the karst beauty of the river Zrmanja and its source, which are only 30 km away, on which you can try rafting. Also, 48 km from the villa is the national park Paklenica, in just 3 km you will reach Lake Štikada, and 40 km from the villa you have the opportunity to try bungee jumping from the Maslenica bridge.
