The complex of villas Monarch 1 & Monarch 2 is located in Štikovica, only 10 km from the city of Dubrovnik. Every year, Dubrovnik is visited by a large number of domestic and foreign tourists who already want to return next year. Located right next to the sea, these two beautiful villas will offer you the possibility of a perfect annual vacation and the enjoyment of swimming in the Adriatic Sea. If you want to enjoy peace and quiet with a large family or a large group of friends, and return to the same place again next year, then this complex of villas is made for you!
These rustic villas were renovated in 2023 and are ready to provide accommodation for a maximum of 22 people. With its 416 m2 of living space, and 1733 m2 of the entire property, it offers 12 bedrooms: 2 single beds (140x200) and 10 double beds (180x200). As additional content, there is also a washing machine, dryer and iron, and 2 separate toilets. If the youngest are coming on holiday with you, there is a feeder and a cot.
On the ground floor of each villa there is a kitchen where you can prepare meals for family and friends, right next to the kitchen is a dining room with a dining table. In the living room there are two couches, two armchairs and small tables. The living room leads directly to the outdoor terrace where there is an outdoor dining table with a view of the sea.
In front of the villas there are deckchairs for sunbathing and the opportunity for great jumps into the clear and clean Adriatic Sea, and on the terrace of both villas you can refresh yourself in the romantic jacuzzi.
On the outdoor terrace of the villa complex there is also an outdoor charcoal or wood grill where you can prepare delicious meat or fish dishes.
Additional facilities that are offered with prior agreement are: babysitter, pet walking (on request), organizing excursions, boat rental with skipper, chef, private coach, luxury car rental, VIP protection of the protected person, and grocery delivery. Everything is charged extra, except grocery delivery.
