The complex of villas Montona & Novel is located in the village of Barat, only 3 km from the town of Višnjan. This location is the perfect choice for all lovers of tradition and a rich tourist program that will delight every guest. The complex has been completely renovated, it was built in a rustic construction style, and can accommodate a maximum of 18, and optimally 16 people. In 329 m2 of living space, guests will be accommodated in 8 bedrooms with double beds, and two additional people can sleep on 2 sofas. There are, of course, 4 bathrooms with a shower and 4 of them have a bathtub. The villas are fully air-conditioned, and at their disposal the guests will have the ground floor and upper floor.
The rustic and equipped kitchen will delight you with its appearance, and there you will happily prepare meals for the whole family. Next to the kitchen are the dining room and the living room. Living room includes a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV and a romantic fireplace.
On the outdoor terrace of each house there is a 32 m2 swimming pool, next to which you can rest on sun loungers reading your favorite book or simply enjoying the sun. On the terrace there is also a covered outdoor dining table, an outdoor charcoal or wood grill, and outdoor seating. Here you will enjoy socializing and cheerful evenings full of laughter and fun!
Additional facilities that will be useful to you during your stay are a washing machine, a dryer, and the villa complex has 1 separate toilet. If children are coming with you on vacation, a feeder and a cot are available.
The yard is fenced, so children will be able to play carefree in the beautifully landscaped garden.
Višnjan is one of the beautiful Istrian towns with a special charm, and is famous for its observatory, which you can visit.
