The villa is located only 100 metres from sea and just 150 metres from the nearest beach Soline, offering its guests the chance to explore the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. Furthermore, since Sukošan is home to the greatest marina on the Adriatic coast, Marina Dalmacija, the Villa is a perfect choice for those sailing by boat or wanting to explore the diversity of the Adriatic coast. centre of the County and pearl of Adriatic - City of Zadar, is just 7 km away. The Villa consists of four bedrooms. All of the bedrooms are located on the first floor. They are equipped with double beds, a flat TV-screen and are completely air conditioned. Also, they all have their own bathroom and a balcony. The balconies offer their guests an exclusive view of the sea. The bedrooms were designed to offer you ultimate comfort. The ground floor consists of a modernly designed kitchen, accompanied by a dining area and a comfortable living room with a breathtaking sea view. The interior is luxurious equipped for your ultimate comfort. There is also a fitness room, additionally equipped with table tennis and billiards where you can spend many enjoyable hours with your family and friends. An additional feature of the Villa is the roof exit, offering you a pleasurable outdoor space, equipped with garden furniture and three loungers where you can sunbathe and enjoy the unspoilt view of the beautiful Adriatic Sea. The outdoor space is equipped with barbecue facilities and an outdoor dining area, where the guests can enjoy freshly prepared meals with their family and friends. The Villa also has a beautiful heated swimming pool (8x4x1.5) surrounded by sun-loungers, garden furniture and enough parking space for two cars. While the adults can enjoy the swimming pool, the children can spend many happy hours using the slide and the swings. The villa was beautiful. Every double bedroom had a lovely ensuite bathroom. Great air conditioning in every room. We loved the pool, bikes & table tennis out side & pool table & table football in the games room. The location was perfect - a short walk to the beach & local restaurants and a 15 minute car trip to beautiful Zadar. The owner was welcoming, professional & courteous. We couldn't have stayed in better accommodation - the villa was perfect.

The views of the sea at the front and the mountains out the back are very nice to see. The little town of Sukosan is a short walk away and has enough for daily provisions or an evening meal. Zadar is a short drive away and is worth a visit. Would heartily recommend this villa for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Eine wirklich super schöne Anlage und Haus. Alles im absoluten Luxus Stil, sehr sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail. Auch die außen und Sport Anlage in einem super gutem Zustand. Der Ort in der Umgebung bietet nicht viel, aber dafür sehr viel Ruhe. Die Küche ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und es gibt alle Küchengeräte die man braucht. Einziges Manko, WLAN ist für gleichzeitige Nutzung mehrerer Gäste nicht geeignet.

We had a lovely time at the villa. The owner was very welcoming and gave us a useful tour of the property. The villa is very well equipped and extremely clean and tidy. The views of the sea at the front and the mountains out the back are very nice to see. The little town of Sukosan is a short walk away and has enough for daily provisions or an evening meal. Zadar is a short drive away and is worth a visit. Would heartily recommend this villa for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
