Your stay in Villa Oliva

The beautiful villa Oliva is located in Istria, in Muntrilj. If you have been wanting to treat yourself and your loved ones to a nice holiday for a long time, now is the right time to do so!

Villa Oliva was built in 2021, the living space is 135 m2, while the property area is more than 700 m2. It can accommodate a maximum of 6 people who can be accommodated in 3 bedrooms with double beds (180x200), one of which is located on the ground floor, and the remaining two are located on the upper floor. All rooms have a TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms, located on the upper floor, also has a balcony with a seating area that includes a table and two comfortable seats, where you can drink your morning coffee.

On the ground floor of this villa, there is a beautifully decorated living room with a corner sofa, two stools, a coffee table, a TV, and a romantic fireplace. From the living room, you can go out onto the outdoor terrace. Near the living room is a kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking, and you will try the prepared dishes in the dining room on the dining table for 6 people. The kitchen also has a bar and two bar seats, as well as a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine.

The outdoor terrace is covered, and it will be the right place to enjoy, relax and swim in the heated pool of 32 m2, next to which there is a parasol and 6 deck chairs provided for sunbathing. Pool towels are also provided, and there is an outdoor shower next to it. You can also use the outdoor gas grill, so you dare to prepare meals outside the kitchen. There is also a sitting area on the terrace.

Additional facilities at Villa Oliva include a washing machine, dryer and iron, and there is a separate toilet. If necessary, you can use a feeder and baby cot. The villa has free Internet, is fully air conditioned, children will enjoy books and board games (Uno, Jump...).

The yard of Villa Oliva is completely fenced and children can play in it without any worries, and there are two parking spaces outside. There are also olive trees in the yard. Olives have played an important role since ancient times, their oil is called liquid gold, it is used as food, and furniture and tools are made from its trunk.

On the ground floor of Villa Oliva, there is an additional room that can serve as storage, and the villa also contains a garden house where you can store bicycles, if you bring them with you on vacation.

Muntrilj is only 14 km away from the town of Pazin, which is worth visiting because it is a town with a long and rich tradition. It is located in the heart of the Istrian peninsula, and when you reach it it is worth visiting Pazin Castle and Pazin Cave. If you decide to drive a few kilometers more, more precisely 21 km, you will reach the city of Poreč. It is a city that is almost 2000 years old and is located in the port, which is protected from the sea by the island of Sveti Nikola.
