The beautiful villa Olive Brač is located on the island of Brač, the third largest Croatian island, in the town of Škrip, which is reputed to be the oldest settlement on this island. The villa was built in 2021 in a contemporary style, it offers its guests 260 m2, and the total area of the property is 800 m2. Zastup is 2 km from the nearest pebble beach and is located in a quiet environment that is ideal for families with children. A maximum of 10 people can stay in the villa, and guests will be comfortably accommodated in 5 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub, and the remaining four have a shower cabin.
On the ground floor, there is a beautifully decorated living room with a couch, two sofas, a piano, a romantic fireplace, a coffee table, and a TV. Near the living room there is a dining room with a dining table with 6 seats, and a modern kitchen with a bar and two bar stools. There is also a smaller area with wines on the ground floor, which will certainly delight lovers of a delicious drop!
The bedrooms lead directly to the balcony where you can enjoy drinking your morning coffee or meditating, relaxing your body and soul. There is also a sofa and a small table on the balcony.
On the outdoor terrace, there is a heated swimming pool with the additional functionality of electrolysis and a waterfall, it is 1.5 meters deep and its size is 33 m2. Next to the pool, there are 4 deckchairs for sunbathing, and an outdoor table for eating. You can also use an outdoor gas grill.
