Beautiful Villa Orijana is located in the picturesque place of Poljica Brig. The ideal location of the villa on a clearing away from the main road guarantees you complete privacy and the relaxed holiday you deserve. The villa offers a fantastic and undisturbed view of the beautiful nature surrounding the villa as well as the entire Zadar region. Modern style and minimalist elegance are main exterior and interior features of the villa, which will leave you in awe at first glance. With a living space of 400m2, the fully air conditioned Orijana Villa features 6 airy bedrooms equipped with double beds, one of which can be separated into two separate beds if needed: 7 spacious bathrooms and a separate toilet making the villa ideal for a total of 12 guests alongside a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a nice dining area and a comfortable living room. Guests of Villa Orijana can relax and unwind in the beautiful and luxurious sauna or if they are in need of fun and recreation, there is a trim cabinet with exercise equipment and a game room where they can enjoy playing table football, pool or table tennis at their disposal. The fully fenced, 3300m2 large plot features a beautiful pool with a heating option which makes Villa Orijana an ideal choice for holidaying during the colder months. A lovely children's playground provides entertainment for the youngest guests. The outdoor grill is great for preparing fresh and delicious meals for your family and friends. There is also an orchard and a ten-year-old olive grove where guests can enjoy a stroll, enjoying the silence and the scents of nature. The surrounding area is perfect for cycling in nature or on the side roads, which is a great way of exploring the surrounding places such as Nin, the oldest Croatian royal town known for its rich cultural and historical treasures, taverns and fish restaurants, the lovely place named Vrsi abounding with many beautiful and pristine beaches. Furthermore, the town of Zadar, which is full of cultural and historical sites, top restaurants and bars is only 8 km away. Pool heating is available for an additional fee, payable locally.

We had a beautiful vacation in Villa Orijana last week. Everything was perfect, really luxurious villa with everything you need for a special holiday. We (three families) had 7 children with different ages (from 3 to 16) and they had several activities to choose. My daughter (3) asked us today when we will go back home, in our new house. Last week we (8 adults, 5 children at the age from 1 to 4 years) had an amazing stay at Villa Orijana! We all didn´t want to leave the new, modern and clean villa with big space inside and outside. We all loved the details and it felt like we have been at home there - a really great home with pool, playground, fitness, grill and so on!! We want to thank the pleasant owner and his family and definitely want to come back to villa Orijana! 5 out of 5 stars!

Our family of 12 stayed in the house for one week and had a perfect time in the house and garden/pool. It had everything we needed and more. Very spacious, modern and clean. The location was great for doing day-trips in Zadar/Split area. The hostes were super friendly and helpful and definitely exceeded our expectations. Will absolutely recommand the house!

Es war ein super Urlaub. Das Haus ist perfekt. Super netter Vermieter. Alles da was man benötigt. Luxuriöse Ausstattung. Alles sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Kleiner Kritikpunkt, die Sauberkeit in den Schränken in den Bädern und den Schminktischen war nicht perfekt.

Meine Familie und ich haben dieses Jahr 2 Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa gewohnt. Wir fahren alle 2 Jahre zusammen in den Urlaub und noch nie hat jedem eine Finca so sehr gefallen wie diese. Die Villa war sehr sauber, alle hatten genug Platz (wir sind 15 Personen inkl. 6 Kinder) die Ausstattung des Hauses war unfassbar, sehr hochwertig und gut durchdacht. Wir wollen das erste Mal nach 12 Jahren in derselben Villa Urlaub machen.

Odmor u villi Orijana prošao kao trena ,ispunjen predivnim sadržajem koje pruža dok se boravi u Orijani . Jako pažljivi i ljubazni domaćini koji dočekuju i svaki trenutak su tu ako je bilo što potrebno . Sadržaj vile je ispunjen sa svim što je potrebno za opuštanje . Biljar i ostale igre kojima se može nadomjestiti svaki trenutak predivnog odmora . Bazen s grijanom vodom ,a nakon toga sauna za opuštanje . Prirodni vrt koji se može koristit sa svježe ubranim povrćem . Roštilj jako dobar . U villi društvo od 5 parova uživalo je bez bilo kakvog nedostatka . Vidimo se ponovno !

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in der Villa Orijana
Wir waren Anfang Juni 2019 für eine Woche in der Villa Orijana. Es waren 10 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder, für jedes Kind wurde uns ein Gitterbett bereit gestellt. Um 11:00 am Vormittag sind wir angereist und haben gleich das Haus gesucht. Wir wussten dass der Check in erst ab 16:00 möglich ist. Dort wurde gerade geputzt und wir sind sehr herzlich begrüßt worden. Dort wurde uns gesagt dass noch ca. 3 Stunden geputzt wird wir aber das Gepäck schon gerne da lassen können. Das haben wir gemacht und sind nach Zadar weiter gefahren zu einer tollen Bar am Meer, anschließend waren wir einkaufen sodass wir den ganzen Nachmittag im Haus verbringen konnten. Dort wurden die Besitzer gerade fertig und zeigten uns das wunderschöne Haus. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen, es wurde an jedes einzelne Detail geachtet. Es wurde mit sehr viel liebe und Leidenschaft errichtet und eingerichtet. Jede Familie hatte ihr eigenes Zimmer mit extra Bad und wc. Der Garten war wunderschön groß mit tollen Spielgeräten. Am Abend haben wir zwei mal den grillen benutzt. Die Küche ist mit tollen Geräten eingerichtet. Auch eine Waschmaschine und Trockner ist vorhanden. Der Pool wirkt auf den Bildern etwas kleiner, aber er war recht groß. Wir hatten für die Kinder extra ein Plantschbecken mit, dass wir am zweiten Tag schon wieder weggeräumt haben. Da die Kinder lieber beim Pool bei den stiegen sich aufhielten. Das einzige das zum bemängeln gibt, ist dass es nur einen Sonnenschirm gibt. Am Nachmittag ist volle Sonne beim Pool und den Liegen und da is ein Sonnenschirm zu wenig. Vis a vis gibt es ein kleines Geschäft wo wir jeden Tag frisches Gebäck holten. Es gibt dort einige Lebensmittel zu kaufen. Nach Zadar sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit Auto und zum Meer ca. 10 Minuten. Es war für uns alle ein wunderschöner Urlaub und haben es sehr genossen. Wir würden das Haus immer wieder buchen!

We were welcomed very warmly by the host himself and a delicious snack on the table. Everything about our stay was perfectly wonderful: the host was VERY kind, he or someone else was always available for help or information, the villa was super clean, there were plenty of activities for all ages, safe and spacious parking lot for the cars, sweet little store right across the street with a nice lady.
